Coral Getaway is a gorgeous, three bedroom and den, 2 full bathroom vacation Villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility, but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Villa Coral Getaway features beautiful décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with one king size bed, one queen size beds and two twin beds, the den offers additional sleeping options with a Dew-Trundle. The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in this beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as pocked sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, watching sports from the integrated outdoor TV area, or just watching amazing sun sets.
