Esta rara 1-BR, condominio de planta baja cuenta con techos abovedados y nadie por encima de ti! La ubicación es fantástica South End en Palm Springs, esta unidad de un solo piso está a pocos pasos de varias piscinas, bañeras de hidromasaje y bicicletas y senderos para caminar y ofrece magníficas vistas de las montañas de San Jacinto. Con tiendas y restaurantes de la zona, este precioso renovado condominio de estilo casita es el relajante lugar perfecto de vacaciones en Palm Springs fabuloso!
Mientras que la mayoría de los apartamentos en este complejo tienen ya sea un vecino encima o por debajo, esta unidad se encuentra en la planta baja con nadie por encima.

Ubicado a pocas cuadras del centro de Palm Springs, esta unidad decorado con buen gusto incluye una cocina muy bien renovado con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Hemos añadido algunos extras gourmet a la cocina completamente equipada con el "chef" en mente. Piso nuevo dormitorio principal de mármol y un mármol por encargo maestro ducha y baño, se le encantados durante su estancia en nuestro impresionante y hermoso desierto.
Dos porches fantásticas, uno fuera de la sala de estar y uno fuera de la habitación, incluyen impresionantes vistas a la montaña ya la piscina. Paradise on Palm Springs.

Great condo. The condo is FULLY equiped with all necessary dishes, pots & pans, all kitchen utensils and cleaning products. WEBER grill on the back deck worked very well. Huge washer and dryer off tbe back patio. Wondefull view from the front patio facing the pool. Covered Parking a few steps from the entrance. Only steps away from a wonderful pool. Will definitely be back if the condo is available. Marilyn & Robert from Winnipeg.

Best Host ever!!!

Very welcoming, very gracious host. Generous with household supplies and extra treats. Condo pool and hot tub were well maintained and heated well and just a few steps from unit.

Fabulous Place

Great stay for almost 3 months! Host was so very accommodating and responsive. I lost my key one day and she was so helpful in getting it replaced! Wonderfully decorated and she furnished EVERYTHING you could possibly need or desire to make our stay more than we could have hoped for!

Enjoyable stay in Palm Springs

My husband I spent most of March in this unit. While the weather did not meet expectations, the condo exceeded them. We found Cindy's unit to be clean, well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for 2 people. The pictures are accurate. We particularly appreciated the location of the unit within the complex - close to the front gate and with the back patio a few steps from the heated community swimming pool and the 8 person hot tub. This patio faces south, making it a lovely spot for morning coffee, even on cooler mornings. The view of the mountains from this space is amazing. The golf course next to the complex has been converted to a nature preserve with trails for walking and bike-riding. We enjoyed several walks through this area. Cindy is a very responsive host and always returned texts or calls in a timely manner. Unfortunately, due to the extreme weather the area experienced this past March, we were unable to meet her in person. We recommend this unit and would definitely return if given the opportunity.

Cozy condo with all the amenities

I loved my stay at this property. Very well stocked even down to the condiments. Comfortable bed. Double recliners in the living room made tv watching comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains through the palms. Looks over the pool and hot tub but not intrusive. Quiet complex with beautifully maintained grounds and tennis/pickleball courts. Owner was very friendly and responsive when a minor issue arose. I have already reserved this home for next winter!!

Charming, comfortable, and Convenient

This condo is decorated so tastefully that I felt like I was staying in a Art Museum. It is fully stocked with everything you need. Cindy is a great host. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome as her guest. I really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and caricature platter. She also supplied eggs, bread, and coffee, and she made sure I had plenty of water to drink. Most important detail of all in a desert. . The kitchen was fully stocked right down to tons of spices. It was nice not to have to immediately run to the store. I really enjoyed the first floor location just steps from the pool. Loved watching the sunset against the Mountain View from the back patio. Located right on the golf course with a really nice walking trail. It’s hard to believe your only a five minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs as the location feels like your out in the middle of nowhere. However stores and restaurants are very close by. I had the pool mostly to myself as it was shoulder season. May/June. There were also two other pools in this section of the development. I had one minor issue that was promptly taken care of by Cindy’s friendly handyman. You won’t find another condo any better then this one. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming condo with a view

Our month at Cindy's condo began with a bottle of wine and charcuterie plate that she left for us as a welcome. We enjoyed it on the south facing patio, soaking in the mountains and palm trees. There is a second patio at the entrance with a BBQ, which we enjoyed later. The condo has a south west feel that fits Palm Springs and the decor has been selected to reflect that. It is apparent that Cindy spent many hours selecting pieces that would fit in with the theme. We travel with our Yorkie, and he loved the two patios and golf course path that is minutes away. It was easy to take him out in the heat, with lots of grass nearby. The restaurants and vibe of downtown Palm Springs are minutes away by car or a 40 minute walk for those inclined. Cindy was an excellent host and dealt with a couple of small issues right away. I would highly recommend this property.

We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! It was perfect for us - a 1 bedroom with dining room, kitchen, living room and remodelled bathroom. Laundry room appliances are new. There are 2 patios - one on the sunny side of the house, the other on the shady side so any time of the day, you can be comfortable outside. The location within the complex was especially good for us. It was close to the pool - steps away and had a patio that faced the pool. That patio was a real feature for us - we had breakfast and lunch out there most days in December. Our dog could lay on the grass in front of the patio in the sun, or on the cool patio tiles. If we were in the pool, we could see him watching us through the screen. The complex feels very safe and comfortable. It is very well maintained. The residents who were there were welcoming and friendly, but not intrusive. The other vacationers were interesting and we enjoyed all interactions. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained. There are not a lot of people at the pool most days because there are 3 pools in the complex. There is lots of very convenient parking, either covered or not. There are nice walk paths around the complex along the golf course. This complex is very centrally located - quick and easy to access most things that visitors would need: groceries, drug store, restaurants, shopping of all kinds. And most importantly, Peninsula Bakery with baking for the gluten and dairy intolerant! Cindy is very responsive in answering any questions in a timely fashion. Thank you, Cindy for a lovely place to stay for the month of December! Thanks for the special touches you left to welcome us.

Fantastic all around

If I could give this place 20 stars I would! The location was absolutely fabulous, close to downtown, but also close to other locations around town and in Cathedral City. Close biking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, the downtown area and more. You could practically walk to the airport too, but you never hear a plane! The unit itself was wonderfully furnished and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. Having two patios (front and back) and the pool just steps away was lovely. Somehow this unit feels very private from the neighbors in the way it’s positioned. Cindy was a great host, she was thoughtful and super responsive. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We very much enjoyed this condo. The pool is so convenient, it’s only ten steps from the patio. Loved it. The condo had everything, plus, what we needed. Would love to stay here again.

Great area in Palm Springs

Everything at the condo was as described. Beautiful place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home. The location couldn’t have been better. Minutes from downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Cindy is incredibly responsive to all questions. We definitely had a wonderful trip. Thank you so much Cindy!

Super location!

Great location, steps from the pool, quiet, clean, well stocked condo. A plus is the washer & dryer with the unit. Linens and towels very good.
