Make yourself at home in my Newly Remodeled Condo with that Palm Springs feel and a touch of Class. no need to drive around the inside of the complex, the Condo is located right at the front entrance with a water fountain to view. Close to Downtown Palm Springs, Golf Courses, Casinos, Shopping and Palm Springs Air Port.
This Comfortable Spacious condo is located inside a gated community. which includes 2 parking spaces, 2 large pools, 2 Jacuzzies, Tennis Courts with Beautiful lush grounds. This Unit I recently remodeled has the best Views in the complex, overlooking most of S. Palm Springs, with Breathtaking Mountains Views and Sunsets.
For your Enjoyment. There are 2 Bikes to ride around Palm Springs on many wonderful Bike Trails. Enjoy a nice Steak on the outdoor BBQ on the Balcony. Washer and Dryer are in the unit so no need to go to the Laundromat. Start the day and end the day with a cup of coffee on the Balcony with the Beautiful Views and Sunsets.
Front Room Area has a Large Curved Couch, A very comfortable Electric recliner, in which you can seat 6 people comfortably. You will find a Wet Bar, and a Large Flat Screen TV.
The perfect room to really sit back and relax.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen size Fully Electric Adjustable bed with a walk-in closet, Spacious Bathroom, its own Balcony and Large flat screen Tv.
The Second Bedroom has Access to Bathroom and a Large Flat screen TV.
There is a strong WIFI Signal and every TV has Roku with apps like: Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Philo and many more.
