This immaculately presented apartment in the sought after 'Edmund Shores' complex boasts stunning ocean & shipping lane views from both your balcony & living area.

There are also plantation shutters throughout, ceiling fans in living, dining & both bedrooms, a good sized East-facing balcony which catches the morning winter sun as well as a single lock up garage and pool. The unit is positioned on level 2 with stairs. There is also a shared BBQ area in the complex for you to enjoy as well as an intercom system.

Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details. Please note this building is also non smoking - no smoking allowed in the stairwells, units or balconies.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
