LA CAPACIDAD MÁXIMA ES DE 9 PERSONAS EN ESTAS PROPIEDADES


El alojamiento se encuentra entre los árboles de Paperbark (una vez parte del parque nacional Tomaree), a pocos pasos de las aguas cristalinas de One Mile Beach. Disfrute de la paz y la tranquilidad después de un día en la playa o visite las atracciones locales de Port Stephens.

Alojamiento flexible que puede ofrecer:

1. Una cabaña de lujo con dos dormitorios, completamente autónomo, Resort // entorno tropical, capacidad para 4 personas (1 tamaño Queen y 2 camas King individuales)

2. Un barracón independiente con capacidad para hasta 5 personas (1 cama Queen size, 1 litera, 1 cama plegable en el camarote) con área de barbacoa en el patio, mesa de billar y sistema de entretenimiento. Gran retiro de adolescentes y alojamiento.

3. Una combinación de ambas instalaciones que puede alojar hasta 9 personas. Ideal para grupos pequeños o 2 familias con niños mayores.

4. Las tarifas en Stayz solo se aplican a la cabaña para hasta 4 personas. Las tarifas de Bunkhouse son las mismas que en la casa de campo, menos del 30%.

5. Haz que tu estancia sea especial. Podemos tener el champán y el vino esperando en el hielo para su llegada.

Todos los alojamientos también tienen acceso a:

 * Piscina de agua salada estilo Billabong.

* Disfruta de la sensación de estar al aire libre con visitas de koalas, loritos y zarigüeyas, la fragancia de Frangipani y jazmín en la noche y la tranquilidad para calmar el alma.

* Asistencia in situ para ayudarlo a disfrutar de las playas de surf locales, lugares de pesca, recreación y atracciones de esta hermosa localidad.

* Un montón de estacionamiento de remolques de botes / motocicletas con instalaciones de lavado.


Surfside Dreaming no es ideal para niños pequeños, las familias con niños menores de 12 años deben consultar por correo electrónico para evaluar la idoneidad del alojamiento.

También alquilamos la casa por su cuenta a un precio más económico (consulte nuestra otra lista de precios llamada "Surfside Dreaming Cottage" para 1-4 personas).

No alquilamos el Bunkhouse por separado, por lo que puede estar seguro de su privacidad.


Muy cerca (8 km) de su alojamiento es el centro de Nelson Bay con su aclamada Marina, restaurantes, cafeterías al aire libre y tiendas de souvenirs. Nelson Bay también cuenta con fantásticos cruceros para ver delfines y ballenas. Todo esto a solo 10 minutos en coche de la tranquilidad.

Amazing property in an amazing place!

Julie's property is awesome! We stay for a rainy weekend with some friends and it was great. Since the first enquiry Julie answer really fast to all my doubts make the process of booking really easy. The house is incredible, is split in to places, the main place is a modern and beautiful house, and the second place is set as a bar with pool table! Thanks Julie for been so nice with as, an let us know our first koala's!

Tomaree coastal walk

We were a group of mums from Sydney who travelled north to walking the 28km coastal walk. We stayed over night at the property splitting the walk into two days. The property was perfect for what we wanted and host Julie was so kind to alert us to a wild koala! We would love to send our hubbies to enjoy carbon copy of the experience!

Great location and great stay for 5 people

A lovely cottage in the grounds of the owner's property. A last-minute booking which was smooth and Julie was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Perfect Summer Oasis

Lovely house in the bushland in a serene and private setting, we loved the wildlife too. The house and kitchen were well equipped. Spacious place with lots to do plus a pool and close to the beach. The teenage retreat was awesome, although, it really could do with an air conditioner as it was too hot. However, it didn't stop us from playing pool/snooker and listening and dancing to some of the many thousands of songs that were available. Julie and Guy were perfect hosts. We hope to be back sometime soon. Thank you!

Wonderful Lay Back Weekend for the Girls

Hen's weekend for 8 women who just wanted to take it easy and catch up. This was the perfect location. We were all comfortable and relaxed. The best was the entertainment by Big Boy the 8 month old koala and his carer Julie, purely joyful. The location was great, not far from the action but beautifully peaceful

Excellent relaxing hideaway!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. We booked both houses for a week over xmas and it exceeded our expectations. 5 minutes from the beach and with a pool also meant we were spoilt for choice. It was relaxing, quiet and peaceful, but you were only 10 minutes drive from Nelson Bay and the surrounding bays/activities if you needed them. The cottage was great and the hosts were friendly and very helpful. We would have no hesitation in going back and look forward to our next visit. Thanks Guy and Julie.

Lovely, clean, quiet and convenient to One Mile

The property is situated behind the owner's property, in a serene and private setting. There is a verandah and outdoor eating area, which would be perfect if the weather had been better for us. There is a good kitchen, fresh linens and the home is very clean. Couch is a little worn but not an issue. Access to One Mile is a five minute walk, down a path and across the main road. The owner is really friendly and happy to help out if needed, we brought our boat with us and she made sure we had parking and access to a hose. We had a really lovely time!

A perfect, peaceful beach getaway

We stayed at Surfside Dreaming for 4 nights with my wife, daughter and newborn baby boy. Julie was a fabulous host, and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was lovely, clean and spacious, and my daughter loved the pool. I struggled to get her out of it. The toughest decision of the day was whether to swim in the pool or at the beach across the road. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing peaceful getaway !

Fantastic property and host!

Our stay at Surfside Dreaming was excellent. We hired out both the cottage and bunkhouse. Both of which were very clean and well equipped. Julie - the owner, was also incredibly friendly and helpful and was quick to answer any questions and assist in the lead up to our stay and once we got there. Would definitely come back another time.

Excellent Winter escape!

We recently stayed at Surfside Dreaming in wintertime. The house was located close to many local features and we loved walking to One Mile Beach each morning to enjoy a coffee on the waterfront. The whales at Boat Harbour were numerous and so close! This was also a close walk. The house was a great set up for two families with teenagers. Between us we have 5 girls and they stayed in the bungalow, allowing parents privacy in the main house. The girls played pool in the large bungalow living area. AND.....with all those girls we did not run out of hot water ever!!! No mean feat. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and it had all the resources we required. The large TV meant we could all watch at once. The beds were really comfortable and all the linen super fresh. Julie was a lovely host, helping with local advice and pointing out local wildlife. We would definitely stay here again.

Stop searching!!!!

We searched for ages and came across this hidden gem only a hop skip and a jump away from EVERYTHING. The place was decked out with everything as if we were at our own home.. From dishwashers to frypans and mosquito coils, flat screen, billiards table, darts, Pool, 45000 song jukebox library this place has it all!! Julie sprinkled rose pedals from the entrance to the main room for me plus went out and purchased chocolates, flowers and a bottle of Moët as it was a special surprise holiday for my partner.. She was absolutely blown away by the serenity plus all the features of not only the house but the Rec room... We can't wait to come back to our new home away from home. THANKS JULIE A++++

Brilliant place to stay. Excellent Hosts

We stayed here with a group of 8 people and had a perfect time. The owner Julie provided a 5 star service and we couldn't have been happier. Accommodation was perfect and the surrounding gardens and pool are a great place to relax and unwind. We are already planning our next trip back.

Astounding..Relaxing..

It was a perfect holiday home for 6 of us during the long weekend.Julie was really welcoming, helpful and suggested ideas to make our stay even better. The cottage is very well maintained with all amenities that suited our requirement. The pool table with backdrop of large collection of music added to the entertainment. There is ample space to try out some sport like badminton, cricket with trees around to provide natural shade. One mile beach is short stroll from the cottage. I would definitely revisit the property for my next visit to P.S. !

Paradise...next to the best surfing beach.

Received a very warm welcome at Surfside Dreaming. The cottage was immaculate with modern furnishings. Enjoyed the bunkhouse entertainment too! played pool and snooker whilst listening to some of the many thousands of songs that were available from their collection. Julie and Guy were very helpful and told me of all the best places to visit. Instantly felt relaxed in my own private resort and I will definitely be coming back when I'm next in town. T Coldicott

This property is an outstanding value for what we have enjoyed during the Easter period, 2012.The garden, pool, lounge and bedroom are outstanding for the price we got and the owner Phil and his wife, are perfect match for that place.Thank you for all the hospitality that you have given to us. However we have to leave the place a day before as we have some function commitment on Monday the 9th. Other than that everything was perfect. Unfortunately, there is no 6 star to rate this property so at least give it 5 star rating. Best Regards,Biju
