The Blue Pearl is a newly built and spacious rental located in the sought after south west of Cape Coral. Only a few minutes from Cape Harbor and within walking distance of Publix and other entertainment.

The home features an open floor plan with 2200 sq ft under air, a 3 car garage and boat dock including lift for our guests to use. The first step into the home reveals the open design as you enter the living room that oversees the Pool and patio area. The large center island eat in kitchen with lots of cabinet space and fully upgraded countertops in granite is open to the living room.
The master suite features a king sized bed, large screen TV and a small adjacent study for just sitting back to read or a great space for small children in a play pen. The master bathroom is spacious featuring his and her sink, large walk in shower and separate Tub in a beautifully designed style. Access to master closet and laundry room through master bathroom.
Guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home both equipped with queen sized beds and smart TV's. Each guest bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom with the further rear located guest bathroom also serving as pool bath.
The patio area has 2 areas for your entertainment, with one covered area as dinner seating for up to 6, and the other covered area for lounging in comfortable seating arrangements. The patio also features an outside kitchen with gas powered grill and small refrigerator.

At the end of the canal the view from the pool is a delight in itself. enjoy soaking in the sun on the large deck or swim the beautiful blue pool in summer or winter with electric heat. Boaters are welcome and the home dock includes a remote controlled lift for guest use upon request.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
