A full-sized stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet off the kitchen for your convenience. The Master Bedroom is located across from the kitchen, by the entryway, and offers a king-size bed, Flat Screen TV with cable, access to the oceanfront deck, and a private full bath with a Shower Tub combo. As you come down the hall, past the living room, you will find the 2nd bedroom, complete with 2 Twin Bunk Bed sets and a flat-screen TV with cable service. Centrally located in the hall is the second full bathroom with shower tub combo and vanity sink. Lastly, You come to the 3rd bedroom which offers a Queen size bed and Flat Screen TV with Cable service.

The Villa Capriani Resort offers true Topsail Island luxury. With many onsite amenities and private guest accommodations, this resort is for vacationers who really want to relax and enjoy their time on the beach. A tennis court is available for resident & guest recreation across the street from the complex. An onsite restaurant is also available to treat yourself to a special dinner. Three swimming pools and three hot tubs are available to guests in the central courtyard of the complex. The beach access is located just beyond the largest central pool on the ocean side of the courtyard. Two cars are permitted per property, and parking permits will be issued upon checking in. Parking around the complex is limited, but additional parking is across the street by the tennis court.
