Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The walk to the beach wasn’t bad and I was able to drive my car and park it right next to the beach, which was amazing. There’s tons of pools that you can go to lots of different things in the area that you can do the room was clean and the AC actually worked great

Overall great stay!

I stay at sandpiper cove almost every time I come to Destin. This was probably my 5-6th time I have stayed here, but first at this listing. Overall, a great stay and nice place. I would definitely recommend this unit. The only true complaint I have and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the bedroom gets way too hot when trying to sleep. The hvac desperately needs upgraded or get a portable AC unit for the bedroom. Other than that, amazing place!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. They need to install a roof gutter overtop of the staircase. It rained while we were there and the water just poured off the roof onto us as we used the staircase. The matress on the fold outbid was horrible!! The bathroom sink drain cap needs replaced so Noone loses jewelry or anything down it.

Overall good but not good, smells really old the AC in the room doesn’t work the washer and dryer doesn’t work, drawers in the kitchen falling apart almost and they dont even have salt in the kitchen but they sure do have a lot o fees. For me is not worth it

No frills, close to beach

The condo was as pictured, and the property had all the amenities listed - tennis courts, pool, hot tubs etc. Kitchen had an infestation of fruit flies when we checked in. We had to go out and buy some apple cider vinegar to set up a trap for them. The condo itself was lacking in frills, and you could tell the owners were trying to minimize their costs as much as possible. The A/C could not be set below 70 degrees, the knobs were taken off the washer and dryer so you could only use the default cycles. The kitchen had ample pots and pans, but lacked some basics like salt, pepper, or cooking oil (Pam, olive oil etc)

Very Nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen in this unit is very outdated! We are talking about the stove & cabinets being from 1970's. The rest of the unit is good. The balcony that has room to sit on doesn't get any sun. The condo community is great! You have your choice of 5 pools, a free 9-hole 3par golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts and walking distance to the beach!! The boardwalk and all popular restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive. We had a very nice time; we just didn't cook a lot.

quiet time in Destin

I SENT AN EMAIL TO BRITNEY PULLEN THE RENTAL MANAGER ABOUT HOW BAD THE EXPERIENCE WAS AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER. WE WERE AN ORIGINAL OWNER OF A UNIT NEAR THE END OF THEIR CONSTRUCTION. THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A NICE REUNION. WRONG. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Please put the password on the refrigerator are somewhere that the family who is spending money can get access to it.
