Elevators: One elevator by the roundabout, elevator #3, serves all floors, including the 6th level.

Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3 PM on your arrival day, PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Please note that this unit is self-check-in; there is no luggage storage if you arrive early.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.
Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay.
