✫ This unit is located on the second floor, is handicap accessible and has an elevator and security system.

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

This unique area, centrally located to many of New England’s top destinations offers something for everyone – Beaches, dining, arcades, shopping, concerts, golf, shows and much more.



FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Hampton Beach is a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.



IMPORTANT - There are units to the right and left as well as above you. While you can't hear any noise from the condos to the right and left, the unit above can be a bit noisy (footsteps, background conversation noise, running water).



Also, you must be 25 years old and above to book.
