Sweet condo conveniently located across the street from the Gulf

Enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer in this two bedroom/two bath condo with one king bed and two twin beds. Located just across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access(sand path), you can plan your family's beach getaway at a great, affordable rate!

Sea Breeze has two elevators and dedicated parking. The property's shared balcony wraps around a very nicely landscaped pool area, complete with a gazebo with a picnic table and BBQ grills.

Unit 105 is very well appointed with a wall-mounted TV in the living room in each bedroom and comfy furnishings. You'll enjoy the granite countertops in the fully-equipped kitchen, including both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. A washer and dryer ensures that you'll have all you need for your family's comfort during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a wall-mounted TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Make Sea Breeze 105 your beach home-away-from-home! You'll be just a mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, with easy driving or walking distance to local restaurants and activities. There are beach chairs and toys in the back closet.

Spring break!

We had a great week! Super cute decorations & love having the beach chairs to use! Wish the pool was heated…but it felt warm after being in the gulf! Definitely would recommend staying here!

We definitely enjoyed the unit and the activities in this area.Being across from the elevator was a bit noisy but easy access to our unit. The roller carts were definitely a plus for luggage and groceries!

Beach vacay

The condo was wonderful and charming just enough room for my family to hang out and relax after a long day going to the beach and around town we loved it our kids especially loved the pool area it was great.The only downfall was the internet was spotty all the time signal was not the greatest in the condo and the parking was not great our family that was just down the road couldn’t come over to visit because there wasn’t any extra parking or even overflow parking for them so we didn’t get to see our family down the way at all while on our vacation to Gulf Shores but besides that it was a beautiful place to stay at can’t wait to plan for next year love the Seabreeze Condos there great Shopping was great as well just walking distance from our condo eateries in walking distance as well just a great place to stay LOVED IT THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH BEACH VACATION 2023!

Great home away from home

Had beach items we needed so we didn’t have to purchase including 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and beach toys. Stayed nice and cool. Hosts were quick to respond to any needs we had. Beach access was just a short 4 min walk away. Outdoor shower by the pool at the condo cut down on sand tracking back into the condo. The pool was super clean and well maintained everyday. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!

So easy to work with this company. Our unit was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Condo was clean, had EVERYTHING we needed (fan, beach chairs, beach toys, games) to make our stay at the beach easy! We had an issue with one of the tenants on another floor and the person who was in charge of the HOA for that condo was the one that actually called in the issue, so we felt safe staying there. Bender reality was amazing, some of the nicest people I have worked with and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend staying at 105 and working with bender reality!

The unit really needs some beach chairs and an umbrella to use. It cost too much to rent them daily. We got one and left it in the unit for others as we flew and couldn’t take it back with us.
