Summer nights are this home's specialty! With room for a dozen soiree attendees with accommodations including 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins, and 3 Sofa beds.

Florida living is easy on outdoor dining, spa, or fire-pit areas where evening s'mores and starlit conversations are just the thing to close out the day.

We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up.

Venues nearby or a little further off include the historic San Marco neighborhood, the Beaches, or Riverside and the Downtown scenes.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

You will have access to the full home and grounds.
