Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
Car is recommended but Uber is an option as well. Traffic patterns vary greatly.

The host waa responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. The entire back yard was fenced in with out holes for my dogs to escape from. The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed.

It was great, better than staying in a hotel. Everything we needed was provided. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. The house was very clean. Our daughter could get in and out of the walk in shower. She had surgery on her knee.

Very clean and well configured
The property is well-maintained and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. The backyard and hot tub are nice touches. Also, the neighbor has some beautiful weeping willows, which make the outside area very relaxing. If you are staying in Jax but don't want the noise of the beaches this is a great spot.
