Poolside sipping comes so naturally at the COOL POOL CABANA, where you and your entourage of up to a dozen fellow sunshine sojourners can bask, barbecue, and banter in style. Plush accommodations include 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, and 2 Sofa beds.

Top-down trips to the Beaches (30 minutes) or classy San Marco (10 minutes) keep the good times rolling from this centrally-located home, and to destinations nearby.

Bright and clean design with contemporary fixtures and plush furnishings for your comfort and convenience.

Ammenities for your pleasure include a heated pool, spa, firepit, grill, Beutyrest Bed (head and leg elevation) and numerous TVs throughout bedrooms and common spaces.

Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

Car is recommended but Uber is an option as well. Traffic patterns vary greatly.
