Fun condo and great week
Had a great time staying here and enjoying Sun Peaks with my family. Strengths:1. Support staff was very responsive. It was nice having a dedicated phone number and email that was staffed 24x7. Would be nice if they added a texting channel as well2. Ski in/out location was great3. Spacious living room let us relax around the condo and not just use it as a sleeping spaceThings to improve1. Should upgrade the TV set up. TVs are not 'smart' and don't run apps like Netflix, Disney etc. We didn't go to a ski week expecting to watch a lot of TV but still this would have been nice for evening relaxing. The cable box they have in the room is bad and slow. 2. Wifi was intermittent. Similar to above, we weren't looking to use WiFi constantly, but the weak signal interfered with some work calls and activities we wanted to do during the week. 3. Garage difficulties. Garage didn't work at check-in (not great after you've been travelling 8 hours in the car). Thankfully the support staff fixed it within a day or so, but the door opening mechanism was still a bit iffy for the rest of the week. The spots inside the garage were quite small - our minivan had to park between two other cars and we barely fit (I still don't know how the other cars entered their drivers' sides). Consider offering the roomier 'pilllar spots' to people with minivans or larger cars, rather than assigning specific spots for each room.
