A great place for a getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful stay at Toby’s place in Breckenridge! The home was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. Toby was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth. The location was also perfect, close to everything in town while still feeling quiet and cozy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Breckenridge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1st, it’s not a ski-in/ski-out, only a ski in. You have to walk to the lift. The kitchen was not stocked very well, no pizza tin or cutter, no Corningware or bowls, only a set of 4 dishes, etc, so I was running the dishwasher twice a day. Otherwise it was fine.

Families Beware.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Families beware. I rented this condo for our family vacation. Arrived and it was dirty, food on the ground, marks on the walls. Clearly the property is not well cared for and corners were cut when maintaining the property. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the price was decent so I cleaned up what I could and we went about our vacation. Then nightfall happened. We experienced excessive screaming, laughter, fights and cussing, door slamming and adults coming in and out of the hot tub well into the early hours of the morning. There is a sign on the hot tub that says food or beverages aren’t allowed in the area and that the hot tub closes at 10 p.m. There was a full on party going on around the hot tub with all of those rules being broken. No one came to shut the hot tub down at 10 p.m. I called the condo manager when it became very late and my children were struggling to sleep well after midnight, and they said it was not their concern and if I wanted it handled I could call the police. I asked them to call the police on my behalf, as I was from another state, didn’t own the property, would be staying near the partiers for the next several days and didn’t want any trouble. I just wanted my young kids to get some sleep. The manager was rude and refused, essentially mocking me. The next morning I went out to enjoy the hot tub with the kids and the area was trashed. There were alcohol bottles and cans everywhere, paper plates disintegrating in the water, the cover was left off overnight and the hot tub smelled terrible. It wasn’t safe for the kids. We went back up to the room and figured they would come sometime in the morning to clean. Later into the afternoon it was still not cleaned. I called the condo manager to ask when they were coming to clean the hot tub and they said they would make a call. The hot tub was not ever cleaned before we left, so we never got to use it. Night after night it was the same story, hard to fall asleep

Convenient place to stay...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been staying at this facility the last couple years, first time in this unit. Very comfortable, short walk to lift and town, although with the amount of snow while I was there, like a bit of an obstacle course to get over to the street where the Snowflake lift is, but that is not the condos fault. Place was clean, well equipt. Will be staying there again hopefully for April skiing!

Reviewer Comments: The property management company is responsive but not proactive in our situation. The boiler had broke so our hot water was limited a couple of days which is fine but sending a text to guests prior to them finding out would be proactive fix. The building needs to be updated, needs to be brighten up.
