We are glad you liked the condo and agree that the location is great. The wind was blowing during your visit and it was impossible to keep all of the leaves out of the pool, however the pool is cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Our ad does not state that the pool is heated or that it comes with a DVD player, however it does have a cable package. I wish that when we spoke, you would have let me know as I believe is was a simple matter of choice of channels. The owner has an infinity membership and the guest are not required to have their own membership. Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate that you found our condo beautiful. This condo is on a regular, monthly pest control program, and we take any report of insects very seriously. When you contacted us, we responded immediately and had our licensed pest control provider on-site right away to assess and treat the situation in a manner appropriate for a home with children present. It’s important for guests to know that in coastal environments like St. Simons Island, occasional insect activity can occur despite routine preventative service, particularly during warmer months. That said, what you described is not typical for this property, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to continue addressing your concerns had you reached out again during your stay. We are always available and committed to making things right in real time whenever possible. Regarding the additional cleanliness comments, we are addressing these with our housekeeping team to ensure all standards are consistently met.
