This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

• 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom apartment in the most beautiful area of Sydney.
• A really great holiday apartment that will suit the whole family !
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Coogee is a relaxed coastal suburb popular among families and famous for its safe swimming conditions. There are laidback pubs and cafes on the beachfront while the surrounding streets are filled with alfresco cafes.
Getting Around:
There is a famous walk that takes you from Coogee to Watsons Bay. The Gordon's Bay leg of the journey starts from right out side our front door.
Close to cafes, great restaurants , Coogee beach, Tamarama and Bondi Beach
Parking : There is street parking right out the front - in some areas there are parking meters where you will have to pay using the meters and other side streets with 2 hr limits with no meters.

Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out. Simply send us a message via the channel where you booked, we got a 100% response rate. Otherwise, we are also just a phone call away.
