Great stay

One of the best stays we’ve had at a VRBO. This casita was exactly as advertised, exceptionally appointed, great location, views and proximity to hiking trails.

Great little casita

Nice quiet little casita. We pretty much just slept and showered here. It was very nice and clean. Perfect for a little 2 person getaway.

A Beautiful Space

The studio was beautifully designed and sparkling clean. Lanny was easy to reach and a great communicator who really cares about the guests’ experience. The Castita has an abundance of drawers and closet space. The location has beautiful views of cacti, mountains, and gorgeous desert sunrises and sunsets. A wonderful experience. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, private, exactly what I wanted

We visited family in Tucson. My daughter (18) and I spent a few days here so that we weren't "underfoot." The bed was very comfortable. Towels and linens are provided. Water purifier for drinking water means you didn't have to bring bottles. The casita has windows throughout so you have a number of view of the beautiful area. Lanny was a great host - providing a notebook of information - and communicated through text as needed. Very responsive host!! We felt very safe! We would definitely stay here again! As a plus, since this is set in the foothills, we saw coyotes, quail and beautiful flowers starting to bud and lots of stars (lower light polution).

Lovely quiet casita, great host

The casita was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was also in the perfect location for me: a residential neighborhood just outside the city, so it was quieter and had fewer artificial lights at night. Yet it was close to the things I wanted to do, such as the Desert Museum, Sweetwater Wetlands, and hiking trails. Lanny is an excellent hostess; very friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed that she bent over backwards to accommodate my major sensitivity to fragrances.

Great location & beautiful property.

The Casita had everything we needed from comfortable bed & linens, wonderful shower, laundry, and a kitchen where we prepared breakfasts and packed lunches. The location was near lots of great hiking trails. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Casita

This is a beautifully finished casita located on NW side of Tucson. Perfect for a couples or a single. The location is great, the casita is great, Lanny the owner is great. I will look no other place next time I'm in Tucson.

Absolutely terrific

We stayed for 5 nights while visiting my brother- and sister--in-law nearby. Wow! What a gorgeous, spacious and well furnished casita. The best place we have ever rented…and there have been many. To be honest, we could live in this lovely home for a month or even more with no problem. Lots of storage, comfortable seating, small but complete kitchen, etc etc. And the owner was friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay!

This Casita is a very comfortable place to stay. Very clean and had every thing that we needed during our stay. The location was very Great, we enjoyed several walks/runs on the trails near by.

Rancho Del Cerro

The Casita is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape easily viewed from all windows. It provides privacy and was supplied with everything we needed from quality sheets and towels to a large shower. It was immaculately clean and quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful Peaceful Casita

This Casita is a beautiful & peaceful gem of a place to stay in Tucson. Lanny, the owner, designed a perfect getaway for a couple or single person and thought of everything design-wise. This modern and tastefully decorated Casita is situated in a gorgeous desert environment, is super quiet and has everything you need right at your fingertips. Our stay was 10 days, so we were very pleased there was a washer/dryer. Beautiful kitchen, bath and everything user-friendly. This wonderful place beats staying in a hotel by a thousand times - no noisy neighbors, slamming doors, etc. The location was perfect, tucked away yet so convenient to all services, restaurants, shops, etc. in Tucson. I highly recommend this property and will always have fond memories of the special accommodations and beautiful desert setting! And, thank you Lanny for your wonderful hospitality. You will not regret booking this Casita for a stay in Tucson!

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little casita. For a small place it felt very roomy, comfortable., and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood location was very nice with wonderful hiking trails a short walk away. The location was perfect for us as we have family in north Tucson. Sunset views from the front porch were beautiful!

Just perfect for us!

Perfect for a couple! Super clean, beautifully appointed casita, the kitchen is small but very serviceable with nice dishes and cookware. The Murphy bed is extremely comfortable. It's quiet, with beautiful views and situated near Sweetwater Trails, a hiking and biking area full of native flora and fauna, including tons of saguaros. Close to shopping and downtown but feels like you're out in the country! AAA+++ rating from us!

This is a beautiful, very clean and new casita in the suburbs of Tucson. It is equipped with everything you could possible need. Although the kitchen is smallish, it is fully equipped. The bathroom is large for a casita and has a very large shower. Lanny is a welcoming host who has answers to every question. The location is suburban but has a country feel situated on a large lot. Most sightseeing and athletic locations are an easy drive because of close proximity to Hwy 10. I highly recommend it!

The casita is as described, very charming and perfect for two. The kitchen is well equipped for a simple meal and the bathroom is spacious. The proximity to walking trails at the end of the street is a highlight. The owner's restaurant recommendations are spot on. We would definitely stay here again if in the Tucson area.

Charming!

The casita is charming and perfect for two. The kitchen is well equipped for simple meals and the bathroom is quite large for the size of the space. Tucson Visit

Very comfortable and clean stay. Had all amenities needed to enjoy the stay. May want a lounge chair on patio when weather permits to lounge. Beautiful setting. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was actually in town for some medical treatments and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Lanny and Todd are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

This was one of the nicest STRs I’ve ever stayed in. Brand new, very clean and very comfortable. It is in a lovely peaceful setting and there are mountain views and amazing sunsets. I loved having a washer/dryer and the kitchen had everything I needed. Sitting in the private patio was a special treat and I had some meals out there and listened to the birds. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special place!
