Host was great easy to get in contact with if needed and responded quickly. The house was just perfect. Clean and roomy. Kids enjoyed playing and on the game system. All was nice and calm area.

Disney family faction

This was our first time staying off Disney property for our vacation and we picked the perfect house! Very close to all the parks with more than enough room for all of us. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Okay for what we needed

Property location was overall good. There was some things wrong when we got to the house and maintenance came to fix most of them. We didn’t notice the mattress until we left since we had to take the sheets off. The pictures are of the mattress, the list of things that were wrong, my son at Disney Springs and learning to jump in the pool by himself for the first time. Overall the experience was good, location was great and we would stay again

Girl’s Trip

We enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that the pool heater we paid for didn’t work, however, we were reimbursed our costs, but after walking around the parks all day, the pool would have been a great way to end our days. We felt that rooms should have had ceiling fans in them. The plastic on the mattress was way annoying. There should be electrical plugs in the bathrooms to be able to use the dryer or curling irons. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!!

Disappointing experience

This was supposed to a great vacation reunion with my 3 sisters. House pool deck was broken and safety ladder was also broken and couldn’t enter pool safely. Although they advertise a community pool and lazy river- no instructions on how to access after countless emails- so never could do this activity. One bathroom is in pool area outside so really only 3 in house- be forewarned. Charged extra for grill, so did not pay 85 just to use grill- ridiculous. No large bowls or any dishes to serve a meal. No blender, mixer or basic appliances.

Ok place

When we first arrived, I did reach out and let them know the family room we could not watch TV because the controller was missing. I guess it needed to controllers so they did bring a controller later that day, but it was the same one we had so then we still watch TV in the family room. Took the kids swimming. The pool was filthy. The water was very cloudy but if you wanted it clean, you have to pay to have somebody come out and clean it. I don’t think we should have to do that. It should’ve been clean when we got there they did not. we were there for four or five days and they only gave us one roll of toilet paper so we had to make sure we go to the store to buy necessity things that you need that normally a hotel or resort would have for you. It’s a nice place if they would just Had stuff done that should be done that you would expect to be done

This rental served its purpose

The rental overall served its purpose for a place to sleep after a busy day at the parks. Multiple outlets throughout the home didn’t work, tvs in all 4 bedrooms didn’t work, and beds were uncomfortable (plastic on mattresses, very low beds to the ground - basically sleeping on the floor). Limited amenities for over a week-long stay (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels). Towels were of poor quality and it took several attempts to get the dishwasher to work. The biggest issue we had was regarding the pool access. The listing indicates access to the large pool behind the clubhouse. There was no key in the unit to access the pool or instructions on how to access. Upon emailing the owner several times, we were told there was no card key access and to go to the clubhouse for them to let us into the pool. When arriving to the clubhouse, the door was locked. Knocked several times and was greeted by an HOA employee. They showed us to the pool, saying the homeowner is responsible for providing the pass and if there wasn’t one left in the unit, the owner needs to pay 50 for a replacement pool card. We were told that although we could gain access “today,” access would not be given to us “tomorrow.” Not the most welcoming experience - especially when on vacation. It took several emails to have the pool key dropped off to us.
