Well I have never had anyone complain as much as you did. It was kinda horrible renting to you you complained so much. There is only so much I can do a state away and had someone take care of things as soon as I was informed of a problem. When things were told about that were broken it was fixed right away I had someone cleaning the condo that was good at one time and then she was not. She was supposed let me know when things were broken since I live out of state she did not. She messed up the comforter by putting it in the dryer on high heat. She was also suppose to connect the tv she had told me she did and I found out she did not. I have hired someone new since. The person that fixed things he is not only a freind but a handy man that I have hired to repair, replace many thing. He does that for a lot of people in the complex I pay him. He was a general contractor he has replace windows ect . I never had a book telling people what there is to do and I have been updating furniture as I can. The table and chairs are retro I like them sorry they not your style. As for directions really on how to use a dishwasher or oven. And the keys not labeled never had anyone complain it, common sense most of it. It’s to bad you see the cup half empty instead of half full I am sorry the condo was not up to your standards.

Glad you had a wonderful time got away the bad weather for a bit. I heard the busiest season ever this year so lots of fun with neighbors. You were great renters and thank you for tips that we will implement now that the season is over.

You were wonderful renters. Hope things are going better with your family. I know it was a usual time to come visit for you family. You left the condo with a few extras thank you for that. I was happy that as I got booked and and was not going to be able to give you a longer stay you found another condo in the complex as was needed. Thank You

Whitney was very pregnant and that says most of it, smells others do not smell, problems that are not true. Musty ,urine really. There was nothing said when I gave them early access to bring her boxes of stuff the day before. But I will address her complaints. Contracts, I always have a outside contract to protect both parties. In the VRBO the contract says non refundable from 60 days prior. I am sure they read that and gave it no regard when they requested a full refund. Any establishment would not give a refund the day of. I did offer to try to rent the unit and give her a refund but she said no. Because I had the carpet cleaned 2 day prior and she complained I called Coit and had them come back and clean the carpet again there was no musty smell when I left 24 hrs before. There are no homeless people there are carts by the gates for people to bring heavy items to the inner condos as it can be a long walk the older people have brought them in. We had just finished a remodel and there was dust in the unit it was not dirty. I thought it was cleaned well enough but as she was not happy with it, I sent a cleaning lady in to make her happy to do a full cleaning again. The kitchen had everything in it I do not know what she is talking about missing things. I stay there myself when it is not rented and make sure it has everything needed for cooking. Yes there was a large glass table and a tile table it was displayed in the pictures nothing hidden. The air works great but I know when you are pregnant you are extremely hot and my bill was very high that month. I cannot understand how she was not cool. I just had it serviced and new cooling freon put in by four season cooling and heating. The water heater was causing the circuits to pop, but she would not let a repairman entry to check it or fix it. It is repaired now and has been. I don't know what to say I have never had a review like this if you read the other reviews they were all good. Even tho I tried to please her there was no pleasing. I hope you read the other reviews. And to Whitney, I am sorry your stay was not as expected. I do not think it is fair for you to have slammed me and our place so unfairly the house was cleaned the carpets cleaned 2 times within a week to appease you. I did offer to re rent and then refund you said no . When we came and saw the place after you left it was very, very dirty my husband said "who lives like this." Never saw the place left this way.

Glad you enjoyed your stay at the condo the area the pool. It is nice being close to everything. If you would of let me know right away you were not satisfied with something I would of have it taken care of it, sorry about that. There was on the contract some who does the cleaning. I could of had her come in and take care of what you didn't think was ok.
