Perfect beach getaway

The house was perfect for our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable layout, fun firepit, and the hot tub was nice to soak in after long cold days at the beach, which is just a 10 minute walk from the property. Will definitely look into staying here again!

Budget friendly

This place is perfect for families with kids and who are on a budget. Beach access is near which is great. But this place needs some improvements...1)a deep cleaning especially behind the beds and night stands, one could smell the musty dust bunnies 2)the walls in the kitchen are banged up, could use paint, 3)maybe some blinds in the family room and utility bathroom , 4)floors are really cold, be sure to bring house slippers.

Beach house Stay

My family and I had an amazing stay at the property. Everything was equipped and accompanying to the family. The only downside was that the jacuzzi tub had issues keeping the heat. We weren’t sure if it was a malfunction to the switches or if it was set up that way. Nevertheless, it was a fun stay for us all. Thank you for hosting us.

Rockaway stay

Little further from the beach than we thought but the privacy was great. Little soggy still in the back yard. Hot tub could have been a bit bigger but was great for 2. 4 would have been too much. 7, which was the rental limit would have been too much. Few little issues with appliances and a kitchen chair but all else pretty darn great.

I have never left a bad review on a rental property, and we rent a lot on the coast, until now.Firstly we texted the host to see if we could possibly get in two hours early, she said ahe would have to call the cleaners to see if it was ready and it would cost an extra 50 dollars, another first for us, we declined. So we get there at four, the house is a mess and it stinks, the beds were stripped, food on the table, floor, garbage in the bathroom cans. We called and they asked us to go out to dinner on them, so we did, then get a text telling us we would have to stay out for three hours, no way does a family of seven take three hours to eat, we came back in two hours, the house keepers were still there, and they did an awesome job of cleaning with what time they had. We did enjoy the rest of our stay, not complaining about the rest of the faults found in the home, until we started stripping the beds and pillows, as im taking the cover off my sons pillow there was mold on the pillow itself! I did get an I'm sorry for that and we will look into it. We will not be staying here again.

I would recommend avoiding

I stayed here with my partner and 2 friends for a weekend.Pros -close to beachprivate backyardclean interiorconsbackyard had tons of trash, old plastic, rusted metal, old broken toys, just trash - told property management about it and they didn't clean. i spent 30 minutes cleaning before my friends got there because I was embarrassed I chose a place like this that we split the cost of.keybox didn't work, had to call. no key to hot tub ready.seating for only 4 people. no batteries in carbon monoxide/smoke alarm.when stripping the bed at the end of our stay we noticed one pillow had black mold all over it. absolutely horrified for the person who slept on it all weekend.toilet was broken and didn't work throughout our stay, tried to fix it ourselves.hot tub jets don't turn off, there's a bedroom 5 feet from it - kept us up all night as it is very loud.beds are the cheapest mattresses that everyone was in pain from all weekend.1 towel per person, so if you dry off after hot tub and then want to shower you can only dry off with a wet towel. holes in the sheets. sheets were cheap walmart sheets - scratchy and hot. this place cut every corner imaginable, would be fine if they were charging 60 a night. it was off season and they aren't booked for a week and they didn't give us even 1 hour late checkout (though it took 2 hours to be able to get into the house and hot tub bc they didn't have a key.)
