Spacious contemporary city apartment with a loft/mezzanine bedroom and open plan living space.

Please note there is NO wifi available in the apartment.

The open plan layout of the apartment is ideal for singles or couples and/or mid-week commuters who work in the city.

The loft/mezzanine bedroom with its queen bed is fun and makes great use of the open plan apartment layout.
Possibly tricky for those with young children due to the stairs.

Fold out futons are available in the open lounge area.
The futon arrangement is suitable for short stays however due to the firmness of the mattress, may not suit longer stays. The futons are in the open lounge dining area, not a seperate room.

The kitchenette offers functional basic cooking facility’s complete with a small oven for those wanting to eat in. For those wanting to eat out - some of the city’s best are just a stones throw away! Roof top dining is a must on a good Wellington day.

Access to the apartment is via Webb Street, coupon parking during weekdays on Hopper or Torrens Streets or free parking on weekends. You’re unlikely to need your car to get far as Cuba Street is 20 meters away, Tory Street approx 5 minutes walk. Te Papa a little further (1.3km). Walk, grab an e-scooter, bus or train and enjoy the convenience of the location!
Easy to get in and out off the motorway.
The apartment location is Webb Street, Te Aro.

Roof top access via lift to 4th floor then stairs or 20 stairs from apartment to the rooftop. The space offers great views of the harbour and city and the perfect spot for morning yoga, a book with a cuppa or an evening picnic.

The National War Memorial is a stones throw away along with the cities top places to dine.

A great little cafe is on the ground floor - convenient for a morning coffee or afternoon pick me up. And there are superettes close by if you’re needing basic groceries and not wanting to make the 10 minute walk to Moore Wilson’s.

Cleaning is included in fees as is linen and towels.
