Family Trip

Great place for a large family! Love the private Casitas. Lots of bathrooms. Wish there was the use of an indoor pool in the winter. Had a great time!

Beautiful home and property but the place needed a thorough cleaning, There was a ton of garbage left over from the previous guests and we had to take it to the street, the main dishwasher didn't work, the main range smelled like gas and appeared to be leaking, broken exterior chairs, and for a house that sleeps so many people we shouldn't have to buy so many basic supplies like shampoo, paper towels, laundry soap, etc. Admittedly we didn't report any of these because who wants a maintenance person there while on site. Overall, a good stay but at this price point, a few details can be improved.

Roomy and well supplied!

This property was amazing and just perfect for our party of 12. Very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes. The communication was very prompt. The location was only five minutes from the Village. There was fun ice skating and shops! We would definitely stay there again!

One of a kind

Lovely home, perfect for a group of friends!

Our group of 12 (6 couples) found this home to be absolutely perfect for us! Each room was nice and had a bathroom (one bedroom shares w/the bunk room). The two kitchen spaces was amazing to have! Hot tub is large and deep. Water a little murky when we arrived, but still appeared clean. Not every fireplace in each room worked, but it didn’t bother us since the main one did and house was very cozy. We thought the house was actually nicer in person than in the listing too! We will be back!

The back deck was filthy with left over pasta noodles on the floor and the table was smeared with old food. Disgusting. The outside garbage can was full.Maintenance guy was there the first hour we got there. Those issues should have been taken care of prior to the renters coming in.The thermostat was set to heat in the summer? We were wondering why it was so hot in there.10am Check out was pretty early. Should be at least 11-12Despite all of this we all had a great time.

The home was beautiful, spacious, and well-decorated with a smart layout that comfortably fit our group of 10. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very responsive.Check-in and check-out were easy, and we appreciated the option for early check-in for a small fee. However, the 4 p.m. check-in and 10 a.m. check-out times feel restrictive compared to similar homes in the area.For a house this size with a chef’s kitchen, there were limited dishes and serveware, and the cookware was quite worn. Both dishwashers also struggled to clean properly or release detergent, which was frustrating. The home was cold upon arrival and took some time to warm up.While overall cleaning was acceptable, there were noticeable cobwebs around furniture and doors — a deeper clean and more thorough dusting would enhance the experience. Several remotes needed batteries, and the fireplace was tricky to use.The neighborhood is quiet, new, and close to Sunriver, though access to Caldera Springs amenities is limited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
