Esta casa es una construcción muy nueva y fue construida en octubre de 2016. Es una unidad de 4 dormitorios y dos y medio baño.

Se encuentra en Asbury Avenue y la calle 47. Es una unidad de segundo piso y es de 1. 5 cuadras de la playa. Es un gran lugar y en una zona muy tranquila de la isla. Es una casa muy bien terminado con una ducha al aire libre, garaje, gran vista cerrada de la cubierta de la azotea con el océano y la bahía, 2 balcones (fuera de la sala de estar y dormitorio principal), 2 TV, conexión Wi-Fi y lavadora / secadora . Esta unidad está equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

Hay muchas actividades en y alrededor de Ocean City, incluyendo el famoso paseo marítimo, a corta distancia a Atlantic City para conseguir grandes espectáculos y alimentos. Además, se trata de un corto trayecto en coche a otras playas del sur, como la isla del mar, Avalon, Stone Harbor y Cabo mayo!

Love this beach house!

The house is 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from the boardwalk. The check in process was super easy and Brad was very responsive. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation.

Great house near the beach

We just got back from a week here and we had a blast. House was clean and is located a very short walk to a gigantic beach which was basically empty. The house had beach chairs and a cart for use in the garage, outdoor shower and a hose right there to clean off before going inside with sand. Kitchen was spacious and had many pots to cook. The outdoor covered deck with the BBQ was our most used outdoor space. We only got one good sunset from the rooftop but it was pretty. The other days it happened to rain at sunset or we were busy but a nice bonus. You can park in the garage, driveway or plenty of parking in front of the house as well. I would definitely stay here again and any questions or concerns before or during the trip the owner got back to me within minutes.

Perfect beach house, excellent owners and amazing location

This beach house is perfect for a family vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and the owners let you use the beach chairs and supplies in the garage (including a beach cart and toys if you have little ones). It's a drive or bike ride to the boardwalk, but that makes both the neighborhood and beach quieter. There are two off-street parking spaces (one in the garage) and plenty of on-street parking. The owner, Brad is the best owner of any rental property I have stayed at. He responds quickly to any questions and is extremely helpful. The house is beautiful, and well stocked with anything you might need. Don't forget to go up to the upper deck for sunset, you can see the sun right over the marsh!

Great beach house, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beach house for a family vacation. The location was perfect for a peaceful week of sun, sand, waves, and bike riding. We were not sure how COVID would affect our OCNJ traditions. We were happy to be away from crowds. The kids did not mention the boardwalk or the rides even once! (Although they're only a short car ride away, and would be easily accessible from this house.) There was a minor issue with the door lock which Brad attended to promptly. The house could have been better stocked with supplies like hand soap and toilet paper, and mattresses could have been more comfortable--but these were minor concerns in otherwise very pleasant accommodations!

Great house clean simple great owner.

It's true. The owner cares and it shows. Super clean super nice house. We stayed a whole month and if it makes sense for us we will do it again next year and at this house again. Be aware for elderly people it has a lot of stairs, but for those able it's worth it. Great porch great roof deck great master suite. My wife was thrilled by how clean and if you know of rentals it can be an issue. Definitely rent this house bit not when I want it.

We enjoyed our second stay at this beautiful home! House was clean and well equipped and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with. Great location in relation to the beach and we enjoyed eatting on the balcony every night!

Beautiful Home

This home is just beautiful. We rented it for members of the groom's family to stay in during the weekend of my daughter's wedding in Ocean City. It accommodated them perfectly and the two little boys loved the bunk beds with stairs. The owner was very nice and allowed us to have a later check out time on Sunday. We would definitely stay there again if possible. Thank you to the owner for being so cooperative.

Excellent choice!

Three moms looking to make more awesome memories for their kids found the perfect beach house for just that. Clean, spacious, welcoming decor. A short walk to the beach. Well-stocked with all you’d need to have fun inside and out. Owner was wonderful to work with ... quick to respond and eager to answer questions and provide all info needed to insure our comfortable, enjoyable stay. I would rent here again

This house is in a great location only a block from the beach and along the quieter side of town. The house is stocked with just about everything to make your stay comfortable from kitchen utensils to beach supplies. The owner was responsive and easy to do business with. This is a clean and comfortable house and we had a great week’s stay and would return again.

Repeat Stay

We rented this home for the month of August for the second year in a row. We enjoyed this home so much the first time that we immediately booked it after our first stay for this year. Once again we had a fabulous vacation. The house is beautiful and all around great! Location is key for this home. Short walk to the beach. Brad the owner is great to work with. Made a lot of Great memories here.

Beautiful second floor dwelling close to an amazing beach.

I gave my two grown sons and their families a week at the beach for Christmas. My mom went along too. All four generations of us had an amazing time. The home was very close to the best beach we have ever been to. It was not crowded and very family friendly. We hope to do this trip again in the future.

Great Location

We stayed here for 4 weeks in August and the home was perfect for us. You start to relax as soon as you enter. We liked the location the most. Close to the beach. A beach that was not overly crowded. Quiet part of the island. A short drive to many fantastic restaurants. We are booking again for next year. That says it all.

Beautiful House

This house was beautiful! We all enjoyed our stay! It's a great location! Close to the beach so you could go home for lunch! Brad was patient and answered all my questions and was very easy to get in touch with! We are planning to rent again!

Perfect sea shore home in a perfect location

We stayed here for a week in the middle of July and the place was beautiful with a nice spacious balcony off of the living/family room, where we ate breakfast every morning. We also liked the layout of this place as you couldn't hear any noise in the common areas from the bedrooms if you wanted to take a nap or go to bed early. The location was also perfect as it is 2 houses from 47th Street and in close proximity to the beach.... (1 block after Asbury Avenue) which was very convenient. Brad and Kerri were great as they were very thorough in leaving instructions for everything (they think of EVERYTHING) to make sure your vacation is hassle free and if we had a question or issue, they promptly responded and were very helpful. We would definitely rent here again!!

Wonderful house!

This was our first HomeAway experience and it was wonderful! The owners are friendly and responsive. The house is beautiful and as described. Lots of room with comfortable beds and all the essentials. An easy fast walk to the beach! All around great!
