The Hawk’s Nest is a beautiful home that keeps comfort, fun, and convenience top of mind! You may not want to leave, but if you do decide to explore, you’re in luck because this beaut is only 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. It's even closer to a trolley stop! You won’t encounter any steep roads on your drive to the Hawk’s Nest, but if you’re lucky, you may spot a bear or two and get a true Smoky Mountain experience.

This newly updated home has a huge front porch with no shortage of outdoor seating options for your morning coffee or moonshine nightcap. Right off the porch is a clean bubbling hot tub. There is also a private, fenced in grassy yard for registered dogs. What else could you ask for in outdoor entertainment spaces??

Inside, Hawks Nest will greet you and your guests with several comfortable seating areas on both levels of the home, Smart TVs throughout, a gas fireplace, chess table, cabinets full of books and board games, a multigame arcade game, several oversized bean bags for ultimate lounging, and lots of Smoky Mountain decor. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with tons of cooking appliances, lots of counter space, a large island with bar seating, and a table big enough to host the whole fam! To boot, the living room fireplace is double sided, so you can enjoy those cozy flames from the kitchen and dining area as well. And everyone can enjoy the 4 spacious, well appointed bedrooms that have plenty of room for you and your luggage (and souvenirs) to spread out. The Master Bedroom is a real treat with a King bed, workout equipment, and its own little living room area!

- Multi-game arcade game and an oversized bean bag for extra lounging
-Half bath with washer and dryer
-Queen bedroom with an oversized bean bag
- King bedroom with a private living room area (Smart TV and Loveseat), big cozy recliner, treadmill and workout equipment, an oversized bean bag, a massive walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom
-The ensuite bathroom has 2 vanities, a jacuzzi bathtub, and a standup shower


This is a pet friendly property, so please register your dogs with our office and pay the pet free if you’ll be bringing your fur babies 🙂

Garage: Guests will not have access to the garage.

PROVIDED AT YOUR CABIN:

● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent

NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.
