The living room is as you walk in the door and features a large sectional sofa and 85” Smart TV with YouTube TV Live. You will enjoy the open floor plan with the nice size living room, dining room and kitchen that all overlooks the beautiful backyard. There is seating for 6 at the dining table plus 4 barstools. We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the beautiful, equipped kitchen that features a large island, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, kitchen utensils, cookware, and traditional coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The guest bathroom features a single sink and walk in shower.



The master bedroom has direct access to the backyard and features a King size bed, 75” smart TV with YouTube TV Live, dresser, private master bathroom with single sink and a walk in shower. The Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed and dresser. Guest bedroom #2 has a Full size bed and a Twin size bed with dresser. Guest bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed. Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
