The apartment was very clean. Located on the 6th floor with elevator just outside the unit door. Beautiful view of the Sound from the balcony. Close to the beach accesses and restaurants. Property manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues. Be prepared to use a provided fan to supplement the A/C as the termostate is set to 70 degrees, but only reached 72.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The veiw was amazing saw dolphins! Close to beautiful beaches I recommend langdon! The maintenance man Nick was always doing something and was very polite. Wish they gave more dishwasher pods though two was not enough for a week

Very nice

This is a very cute little condo. We enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness was excellent, and I really appreciated the stainless pots/pans in the kitchen instead of nonstick! The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

Cleaning People are Ripping You Off

We drove 11 hours to get here. The dust in the bedroom was thick on the bed headboard and on both lamps! We got busy and cleaned it, so we could get to sleep that night. I let the management know the next morning and they promptly apologized and offered to send a crew over. I thanked them and told them we had already cleaned it. Later, I noticed that some of the dishes were dirty and that the cleaning pod had not dissolved in the dishwasher, so I ran most of the glasses, dishes, and silverware in the cabinets through a cycle. Then we bought a container of Swifter mop cleaners and cleaned all the floors. Later that week we found mold in the toilet tank! Whoever is doing the cleaning, is NOT doing a good job. However, having said all that we loved the location of the condo and had a good time. We have been coming to Santa Rosa Dunes for over 25 years. We love this area.

We have stayed at Santa Rosa dunes several times and it never disappoints. The particular place was very clean it has a beautiful view of the sound. We always enjoy the large pool and tennis courts. Great location close to everything. . Great communication with property management

Perfect stay

We had a really nice few days at the condo and loved the view from the balcony.We like to cook so used the kitchen as much as we could.We slept really well but wished that there was a blackout blind or something better to block out the light by the front door.The only other thing was that we found the iron but no board. All in all though we would definitely rent again.

Labor Day

Very clean place, beds were comfy, and close to beach. Pool was huge. Only negative, felt more like a retirement community than a vacationing community.

I loved it. The only complaint I have is I wish you left more trash bags and toilet paper. We stayed for 4 nights and we only had 2 trash bags for the kitchen and one in the bathroom with 4 rolls of toilet paper. Please make a note of this. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Sana Rosa Dunes

We stayed 6 weeks from middle of January till end of February. The condo was clean, updated and comfortable. The only complaint we had was that we were charged a cleaning fee and a snowbird cleaning fee. When combined, it added over $300 to our stay. I thought it was a billing mistake so I stopped in Pensacola Beach property manager office. I was told one fee was the normal weekly cleaning fee (which we didn't get a weekly clean) and the second fee was for a deep clean after a month or longer stay. When I questioned why we were getting charged for a weekly cleaning fee, the person got unpleasant with sharpness and loudness as she kept repeating the same thing. She should not be dealing with customers or the public. Just a nasty person.
