Ours & Yours - 5 Mins Walk to Beach
From sunrise to sunset, Ours & Yours will provide you with everything you need for a perfect holiday in the beautiful coastal town of Culburra Beach. Only two years old, the house has beautiful amenities and modern facilities. Wake up in your queen bed with its own ensuite (it’s only fair that you get the master bedroom of course) and have a Nespresso on the front balcony in the sun before starting your day in paradise.
For days spent indoors, there is air conditioning across the entire house to stay comfortable in any weather, and plenty to keep everyone entertained without driving each other crazy. Adults and children can divide across two living areas, each with TVs, streaming services and board games. When quiet time is needed, grab a book off the shelf or take the portable Bluetooth speaker outside to relax on the patio lounge chairs with a glass of wine and a view of the garden, and there’s even a study nook at the top of the stairs for anyone who needs to get a bit of work done between sunbaking.
Culburra Beach is just a five-minute walk down the road, where you can splash in the waves and relax on white sands for as long as you like. Jump on one of the bikes to grab takeaway from the local restaurants for lunch and have a picnic on the beach, or come back to the house and cook up a storm on the BBQ. At night, gather around the fire pit and watch an unrivaled view of the milky come out above your heads.
Whoever you bring and however long your stay, you’ll have an unforgettable time relaxing in the sun and forgetting your worries at Ours & Yours.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning throughout
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
