3 Buoys se encuentra en el complejo Palm Bay Village. Este complejo ofrece una de las mejores piscinas estilo laguna que encontrará aquí en la isla, completa con una cascada y una gran área de aguas poco profundas para los niños. Y ahora la piscina está climatizada para disfrutar todo el año. Todo el complejo está bellamente diseñado con exuberantes jardines tropicales. Parrillas de barbacoa están disponibles para uso de los huéspedes también.
La ubicación central de Palm Bay Village ofrece a los huéspedes un fácil acceso a todo lo que la isla tiene para ofrecer, incluidas millas de playas azotadas por el viento, el nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn y numerosos destinos para ir de compras y comer.

INTERIOR
Te encantará el ambiente costero moderno que ofrece esta propiedad muy funcional. Para empezar, tiene un garaje para dos automóviles difícil de encontrar para estacionar sus vehículos. Puede disfrutar de una hermosa vista de la piscina y del patio privado desde la sala de estar o salir al patio que ofrece una excelente vista de las salpicaduras de los niños en la parte baja de la piscina.
En la planta superior se encuentran los dos dormitorios, cada uno con una cama tamaño queen y su propio baño privado. También hay un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar para que dos huéspedes adicionales puedan dormir. Esta unidad tendrá capacidad para un total de seis personas.

Ropa de cama para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped se proporcionan. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Los invitados contratados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 años de edad o más. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir del estado u otra identificación aceptable.

Great place

The condo was a very nice get away. Not far from the beach and near all the restaurants. Plenty of room in the condo to move around. Pool was good size and not crowded.

Overall the stay was great. The condo was nice and well kept . There was a hiccup on timing of check-in due to a contractor needing to work on the garage door but all in all it was a pleasant stay .

Felt like home away from home

Great location and easy access to restaurants, entertainment and the beach. Great space, very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the private garage space. No complaints, would stay here again.

Our beach stay

Had a great time staying in the condo. It was only a 3 minute drive to Whitecap Beach. I wish it had some grass for our dog to go to the bathroom. The condo was really big and well equipped. I will definitely be coming back.

Upon arrival at Mare Dunes, we were so delighted to see that the unit was very clean and the check in process was easy. We have stayed at different units on the property, and this is definitely one of two favorites. The unit is stocked with all the kitchen items needed in order to cook a family meal or if you like there are gas grills on the property for guests to use. The condo also has a very nice patio that you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or read a good book while listening to the waterfall from the resort style pool. The rooms are very spacious and offer nice comfy beds for a good night's rest. The complex is located on Padre Island and there is plenty to do with just a short walk or a short drive. We look forward to staying at Mare Dune's in the near future.

The unit was immaculate, and every one in our group loved the condo which had plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms were extra large and had comfy beds for a good nights sleep. The family room and kitchen area are nice and offer plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy a nice movie and enjoy a delicious meal prepared by the chef in your family. The resort style pool is a definite plus especially if you would like to unwind after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio offers a nice view of the resort style pool and offers a tranquil area while enjoying your morning coffee. We will definitely book again especially since we love our trips to the coast!
