Located in an area that is less crowded and tucked away from the crowds and noise, this locale offers a tranquil place to relax, rest, and recharge your soul. The home is colorfully decorated, giving it a cheerful, beachy vibe – equipped to make you feel right at home.

- The main area of the home has an OPEN FLOOR PLAN that is colorfully decorated with vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and large windows to allow an abundance of natural light to permeate the space.
- The SITTING AREA is furnished with a cushy sofa and armchair, a coffee table, and a 55" flatscreen smart TV with standard cable and a Fire Stick with access to Netflix and HD movies. The double doors open up to an area outdoors where you can enjoy a cup of brew in the fresh morning air.
- A stylish DINING table with seating for 4 for enjoying relaxed meals at home.
- A LARGE KITCHEN with all the appliances and necessities you'd need to whip up a home-cooked meal. The WASHING MACHINE (no dryer) is here too, for added convenience.
- 3 cozy BEDROOMS to accommodate 6 guests as such:

The Neighborhood:
The property is located on the southeast part of the island that’s a little less busy but not any less beautiful! The nearest beach is Shark Hole, about 1.6 km|1 mile away. It’s a tiny beach tucked away in a cove. Sam Lord’s Castle, a notorious pirate’s castle, is about a 5-9 minute drive (or 25-min walk) from the home. There’s a nearby lookout where you can get some really great pictures and a secluded beach there if you’d like to have a picnic. And Six Roads is just a 6-10 minute drive away with everything you could need – eateries, supermarkets, banks, shopping, hardware, Western Union, and much more. It’s kind of like a mini Bridgetown but closer to home!
We also recommend renting a car and exploring all the island has to offer. For example, St. Lawrence Gap (about a 25-min drive) is known for its fine dining, lively nightlife, and good shopping. Here are some of our top recommendations (with approximate distances from the home):

Getting Around:
The residence is about 9.4 km | 5.8 mi from the Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) -- approximately a 15 min drive. Getting to and from the airport, you can rent a car, hire private transportation, take a taxi or take public transportation, which is the cheapest. We can also help you prearrange transportation. Just send us a message.
Once on the island, there’s easy access via public transportation in all 11 parishes. Public transport (blue bus) and private transport (vans) are both $3.50 bds per ride (as of Sept 2022) you can take from Speightstown.
Other Things to Note:
ELECTRICITY: 10 kWh/night will be included. We will photograph the electricity meter upon your check-in and check-out to accurately calculate consumption. If you exceed the 10 kWh/night limit, you will be charged additionally.
For stays exceeding 28 nights:
- Mandatory Cleaning: A mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks is required for stays exceeding 28 nights. The cost for this cleaning service is $80 USD, which the guest will be responsible for covering in advance before the check in.
- Reservations exceeding 28 days will cover their own monthly electricity usage.
We provide some basic essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and some toilet paper. If you run out you’ll need to purchase more as they are not replenished.
There is no daily housekeeping, but you may request cleaning for an extra fee. Please provide advanced notice so we can schedule a convenient time with the cleaning service.
There are security cameras on the outside of the property only. These are for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note that the AC in Bedroom 2 is currently out of order, but there is a ceiling fan and a tower fan in the room.
Our property is equipped with air conditioning, and we want you to have a comfortable stay. However, we kindly ask that you use it thoughtfully and please turn it off each time you leave or when it's not needed.
