The apartment only has windows near the entrance in the living room and they are covered for privacy so the rest of the apartment has no natural light, but it is very spacious and in a nice location. It's not the nicest but also not the most expensive.

It is always a challenge to please a large group when it comes to a place to stay, but this place was perfect! Close enough to get to the hotspots, quiet enough to get away to relax and plenty of space to stretch out. We would book again without question!

The best things about this condo are the location and layout. There were many good restaurants within walking distance. Street parking was possible. But communication with the management was difficult because there are two different companies involved and they were not timely with check in information. Internet was spotty. And perhaps the owner should take a close look at providing more amenities in the kitchen.

Great apartment in a great location

We were a group of 4 women getting together for the weekend. We LOVED having our own rooms and comfy beds. Also having 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet was so convenient. The location was awesome. It’s a bare bones set up but was perfect for our needs.

Great Location

Family came to town to celebrate a graduation. This rental was in a great location to get the bus to transfer to the train. House is comfortable albeit a bit loud (wooden floors above). Kitchen is adequate, though if you plan to really cook, you may need to bring some of your own tools. Great place!

Fine but undersupplied

Busy road but we knew that going in. A bit undersupplied: no spatula, ironing board but no iron. Bare minimum of everything else. Beds are good but squeaky. Bathrooms shared between each pair of bedrooms.

Beautiful place, a couple of small investments needed

Beautiful place with lots of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Also in a great location. One glaring miss by property managers is the kitchen is terribly stocked. There are virtually no utensils (made eggs with a spool — no spatulas), not a single kitchen towel or dish rag, limited dishware, etc. One hour and a very small budget at a Target would change the kitchen experience dramatically. Also, there is just one TV, it doesn’t have cable or satellite, and it’s not a smart TV. Literally couldn’t even watch a football game on any of the channels and couldn’t watch a movie, etc., since there was no way to connect to it to use personal subscriptions to Hulu, Netflix, etc. Again, a couple hundred dollars investment by the owners in a smart TV would change that experience completely.

Great Stayin Chicago

Being in Chicago for a tradeshow, this property gave my coworkers and I a great alternative to the expensive hotels, with plenty of space for privacy, and a better feel of what Chicago living has to offer. The communcation with the host was exceptional, the rooms were clean, and all essentials were there to make for a hassle free stay. The property had a cool vibe to it with the brick walls, open AC ducts, and hardwood floors. The neighborhood felt very safe and had convenient restaurants and stores like Whole Foods in walking distance. We will definitely keep this location in mind for future stays.

Just right stay for out of town guests

Agree with previous reviews. Place was spotless and spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. Location so convenient with easy access to Whole Foods and all the nearby restaurants on Southport. Guests said pipes can be a little noisy when unit went on in some of the bedrooms but nothing super disruptive. Highly recommend.
