The Space:

Rancho Laredo hosted by Hilde Homes is a magnificent custom-built home with 3,225 sq ft of living space, designed for friends and loved ones to escape the daily grind and sink into peace with warm contemporary furnishings and exquisite decor. Plus, indoor and outdoor fun! You'll have a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, pergola-shaded dining/BBQ area, a Peloton bike, in-home arcade, foosball, ping pong, and a 6-hole putting green!

Pool heating is available from September through June. During July and August, heating is not offered, as the pool naturally maintains a delightful, warm temperature, perfect for a refreshing summer swim.

The Neighborhood:

This is a more rural neighborhood of Northern Scottsdale, surrounded by desert landscapes, lots of parks, recreation, and outdoor activity, like at the nearby McDowell Mountain Regional Park, well known for its hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.



Getting Around:

The home is 35.3 miles | 57 km (about a 45-min drive) from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Other means of transportation include ride services like Uber and Lyft.



Interaction with Guests:

The home uses a Smart Lock keyless entry to self-check in with the electronic door code.
