Book your next AZ vacation at this luxury North Scottsdale home situated in a serene desert setting. Breathtaking views in every direction await. Home has a southwestern flair so you feel right at home in the Sonoran Desert. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, multiple gathering areas for family or friends. You wont' want to leave the comforts of the backyard. Sparkling heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor tv all make this a perfect place to unwind and relax.

The space
Home features include..

3200 sq ft of living space
4 bedrooms and 8 beds
3 full bathrooms

Spacious Master retreat with sitting area, firreplace, and luxurious master bath. Master bath features include soaker tub and walk in shower

Kids bunk room with two bunk beds, NBA Jam arcade game, and TV.

Fully stocked kitchen with island and top of the line appliances

Dining seating for up to 8 and eat in kitchen area

Dry bar with seating area and TV.

Ping Pong table for family fun

Outdoor amenities include

Pool with heating option

Hot tub for 4

Fire pit area and Outdoor TV

Home also features full laundry and 3 car garage along with plenty of room to park in driveway.

Guest access
Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces here.

Other things to note
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and no loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in any way. . Home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by multi million dollar homes. We are not saying in any way you can't come here and have fun as that is what we want you to do but we are requiring that you have fun in a respectful manner to the home and neighbors.

Pool may be heated for additional $100 per day or $550 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.

Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.

No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews or approval from host.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.

No pets are allowed at the home.

No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.

Really fast and a lot going on. The hot tub and views were fantastic.Beds were very comfortable. We brought our own pillows.Well stocked kitchen.The 4 stars are associated with the plastic nature oo many bright lights

Wonderful April Vacation

Nice home in a great location convenient to all of Scottsdale. Home was well stocked and nicely furnished. We had a couple of issues upon arrival but owner and management were very responsive and we had a great vacation.

Fantastic Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, and offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out. The pool was a definite highlight—well-maintained and warm (extra charge for heating). The kitchen was fantastic and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, from pots and pans to bowls and utensils, making it feel like a home away from home. The AC worked flawlessly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with close access to Gateway Trail, which we loved exploring. One thoughtful touch was the service that handled garbage and recycling bins on collection days—such a convenience! We also appreciated not having to strip the beds at checkout, which made for a stress-free departure. The rental management team was top-notch—very responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had. Overall, we highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Nice home but disappointing stay

Although this home has a nice layout and location with beautiful views, there were a few items that were not to our expectations or satisfaction. One of the beds was made with blood-stained sheets when we arrived. Although we asked for and paid for pool to be heated, neither the pool nor hot tub was heated and unusable for the entire 6 day stay. We reported this on the first day, but the problem was not fixed and the support was unresponsive on giving us updates. The roof leaked water onto the kitchen table. A few other minor items, as well, but these were the most disappointing things that made our stay less than satisfactory. This house is not well-maintained and the support is unresponsive.

This home has a lot of potential

Well, this home has a lot of potential. If the home was in good working order it would make it worth what is being charged per diem over the holidays, but it was not. For one, the air conditioning was not satisfactory, it was not working on the main side of the house the entire visit. If the system needs time to cool down then it should been left at a lower temp so that it wouldn't choke when guests arrive. It was uncomfortable majority of the time. We kept the doors and shades shut to keep solar heat out, but overall unacceptable to be dealing with. To add to the warm sleeping temps, the sheets are not a natural fiber. They were not pleasant to sleep in, at all. FYI, there is an excellent quality, low cost option from Target. Threshold is the brand. It's time for an upgrade in the sheets. The second issue was the non-working hot tub for the first part of our stay. The 2nd (or was it the 3rd?) service cal got the hot tub working. For the record, it is not desirable to be having service calls while on vacation. We felt this was another neglected area that could have been prevented. The third issue that was unresolved was the dishwasher was broken. It was Christmas week and with 5 guests and lots of activity around food, this was also unacceptable. So, three strikes and we will not be renting this home again. As a consumer, I'd like to think that spending up assures a pleasant stay, but not the case here. Dealing with deferred maintenance -not the def of a relaxing holiday.
