Perfect family house

Our family loved this beautiful property conveniently located near Target, Sams and many different shops. This property gave a perfect homely touch. It was stocked with everything we needed in regards to cooking. We will definitely book this property again.

Our stay

Check in was easy. Communication was fast. Place looks just like the pictures. The kids room didn't have dressers like the main bedroom to unpack their luggage so they hung some things in the closet and kept in the luggage. It wasnt a big deal. Would stay here again.

I think the bare necessities such as toilet paper and paper towels should be provided. Or better communication about what is not included should be better communicated. It’s not the financial factor that is a big deal but not knowing until it’s gone puts an unnecessary stress to go set stock.

Since vacation rentals are stocked differently than hotels, guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay. Nice place to stay off of disney resorts but close enough to everything. Rental had basic amenities but was lacking the home away from home essentials. We ran out of paper towels, toilet paper, had to request more bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes since only 4 were provided for the week. No crockpot, coffee filters, salt & pepper. Cupboards are emptied after each tenant.Master room had a ceiling fan and bed was very firm. Bathroom/shower was better than expected. 2nd bedroom bunks were decent but room got hot and no fan to circulate the air.The ac unit had a sign that you cant turn the temp below 73 or the unit will freeze, so after being out in 90 degrees all day we wish the place was cooler at times. Owners were quick to respond to complaints/requests like when our tv remote volume wasnt working. This is a first floor unit which was nice except for the person above us who walked loudly back & forth every morning and late night. Overall we enjoyed the main pool area, fitness center, and gated community. Would stay here again!

Spring Break

The condo was just as described and perfect for our trip. Checking into the condo itself was very easy. Perfect location for getting to all the hot spots of Orlando. The pool that is across from the condo needs to replace several lounge chairs and add some as well. Not enough seating at all. The large pool is within walking distance and very nice. There is not enough chairs for the number of people that go to this pool. People show up right at 9am and put towels to save chairs but don't show up till much later....very frustrating. You are stuck putting your towel in the grass.

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental. The listing and photos were exactly as described and shown in the listing. The home was very neat and clean and provided everything you would need The host was extremely responsive to any questions. When our code wouldn’t open the door at check in we called and they fixed it immediately. There was extra bedding and pool towels provided. The resort is so nice, pools are clean and the kids had a blast. I highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting the area.
