The location was excellent. It was nice to have the deck for sitting. The 2nd bedroom was extremely small. Del Mar was very responsive with fixing issues especially the door to the deck as it was not working when we arrived.

Million $ view from deck

Checking in with torrential rain and 3 flights of outside stairs with luggage was a nightmare. Having to drop off luggage in from of property. Realize it would have been less a problem w/o the rain but the 3 flights of stairs was still difficult with luggage. Appreciated the individual temperature control for each room. The view of sunrise was spectacular. Views from deck outstanding.

Cancelled at last minute

We had booked this property, six weeks in advance, but we were contacted to notify us of the cancellation within five hours of check-in time. It was very difficult to get a hold of the property management service that was running it. We ultimately did and they provided us with an alternative property. This was totally unacceptable. As the reason they gave us for the cancellation was that construction was being done on the property. When we went to go see the property, we asked the neighbor when the construction had started. The property had been under construction for weeks.

Wonderful stay in an amazing location!

Really loved staying in this property. Fantastic views from the balcony of both the ocean, plus the Provincetown monument. It's right above the Heaven Cafe. If you love the view from the Aqua Bar, you'll love the view here. There's two bedrooms with queen size beds. Plus there's a bonus room which has a queen-size murphy pull-down bed. (The murphy-bed room does have sliding doors so you do have privacy there.) There's two bathrooms as well -- each with nice showers. There's a kitchen with even a small kitchen nook. Plus a lovely large living room that's bright and has a large sectional couch, plus a dining room table. But it's the balcony area you will likely want to spend most of your time on. It's HUGE! And fantastic. It's a great location -- right on Commercial Street. Just steps from Spiritus pizza. And it's very quiet despite being in the middle of it all. Air conditioning worked great to keep things cool. And there's even a washer and dryer off the kitchen area leading to the bathroom. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.
