Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Emerald House"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.
This completely updated gem sits on a quiet street a short walk from Hooper Beach and Capitola State Beach, Capitola Wharf and countless other attractions and conveniences.
This home-away-from-home has everything the family needs to enjoy their vacation time from beach gear, BBQ grill and fire pit to a backyard hot tub and outdoor shower. Get out the ping pong table and games and create some good-time memories together.
Living Space
Open concept style living/dining/kitchen flow seamlessly onto the front deck with a grill and seating where meals can be enjoyed al fresco.
Lofty living areas are gracious and the family can gather around a large live-edge acacia table.
The living area has a large flat screen Smart TV mounted over a gas fireplace, where you can cozy up in front of your Netflix queue and binge watch your favorite programs. There is even a super comfortable, very high-end, Restoration Hardware "Cloud Sectional" providing the ultimate in relaxed lounging. This home is very well equipped for extended stays!
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Thermador appliances will surely please even the most discriminating of chefs. Kitchen includes peninsula seating, luxury finishes and extras like both Keurig® and drip coffee makers. A large table is at the center of the home and will be a favorite gathering spot for the family.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Main/lower level primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom featuring a large shower with handheld wand and custom tile work.
Also on the lower level near the living areas is a half-bath.
Two upper level bedrooms each have a queen bed and are adjacent to the hall bath with standing shower and custom tile.
Bonus Room
The garage space has been converted to a bonus room with a comfortable sofa, large flat screen Smart TV with streaming services, games, beach gear and the washer and dryer. The folding ping pong table can be rolled out into the driveway for more fun and games.
Outdoor Spaces
When you aren’t frolicking on the beach or exploring the Capitola area, you’ll want to hang out on the front deck with a BBQ grill, dining table with umbrella or on the rear patio with comfortable seating, large umbrella, a hot tub and an outdoor shower.
1,475 square feet, but the open floor plan makes the home feel larger, modern, light and airy.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Dogs should not be left alone anywhere on the property during your stay.
Quiet Street with a Driveway for 1-2 cars and street parking available.
This home is a monthly rental because the City of Capitola does not allow rental terms of less than 30 days. We request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
