The kitchen includes stainless steel counters, Big Chill appliances, artful lighting & a pantry convenient to both the kitchen and the garden/patio/bbq area. There are two off-street parking spots in paved space next to the house.
The house offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with a double bed.

Please Note:  This home has a very STRICT NO PETS policy, this includes visitors to the home.  There is a monitored exterior camera.

**Please be advised that any violation of our pet policy will result in an automatic $500 fee.**
