Find the best of Key West at your doorstep with this beautiful first floor one-bedroom condo, with a private patio, a shared swimming pool, and a wonderful location close to restaurants, beaches, and more!

Perfectly located between Truman Annex and Bahama Village, this comfortable condo sits only two blocks from the fantastic restaurants, nightlife, and shopping on Duval Street. Park your car in the off-street space, walk a quarter-mile to the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, and take afternoon bike rides to the soft sand at Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park three-quarters of a mile west.

The living space has been meticulously decorated, offering central A/C, free WiFi, and French doors that open to the deck. When you're not dining at Blue Heaven nearby, you can sip cocktails outside among the palms and orchids, flip through the offerings on the HDTV, and splash around in the shared swimming pool. A full kitchen with granite countertops, a private off-street parking spot, and a private washer/dryer are also on hand.

Wonderful stay at Another Siesta at Truman Annex Shipyard Condos Key west FL

From the beginning the whole process with working with Compass Realty went smoothly. They were quick to notify you if there was an issue and coordinate with you and repair service to not disrupt your stay. Check in process smooth and option to check in early is a great option. Cleaning staff also very professional and pleasant to work with. The property itself is beautiful and the renovations that the owner did is top quality. New kitchen and bathroom, flooring, appliances and furniture. Need new pics to do it justice. The condo is close to everything, gated and safe. Looking forward to returning.

Reviewer Comments: We had 18 days stay at Another Siesta, the location is good if you want to be close to Duval Street, but go back to peace and quiet when you’re done.The property has all the bits that you will need. Either fill the fridge or go out for your meals. Also it has a back patio with loungers, chairs and large Umbrella .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights. The location is perfect! We walked everywhere, from The Conch Republic to Southernmost Beach Cafe to Fort Zach beach and all up and down Duvall and Whitehead. Nothing seemed like a far walk. The location in the Truman Annex was important to us. We always stay somewhere in the Truman Annex.The community pool was wonderful! We spent a couple hours there each afternoon. We met great people from all over, and everybody was very complimentary of the community. Our until was perfect for us! It was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. The listing says it can accommodate 4 people. While this is technically true, I wouldn’t recommend it for that. However, if you’re a couple looking for a place to stay in Key West, I absolutely recommend this unit. We will not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip down to KW.

Reviewer Comments: Another Siesta was a nice place; the issues that we had were with the construction work going on in the unit next door, which started promptly at 8:00 am. Loud banging on our bedroom wall. Then as I was laying on the chaise out back, two roofers literally started to set up their ladder right over me to work on the upstairs condo. I said to them, you can't set up right above me, this is a private space? Very upsetting and the office was no help. A heads-up that work was going to take place would have been really helpful!

Kitchen dishes are limited -not one dish that has a lid to save things . Towels are fully equipped and new . If you should have a rainy day unit is tuff to stay in ....furniture is awful . Not a comfortable chair to sit on . Floor tiles are old and dirty -need professional steam cleaning . Very nice patio -private .

This condo had a great location, nice patio, great ice maker, and all the basic necessities. The decor was a little weird but that is not a problem. It could use a couple beach chairs, a full length mirror, and new pillows and bedding. We spent 2 weeks enjoying the sunshine, sunsets, the pool, happy hours, fine dining and everything else Key West has to offer, but found myself yearning for a comfortable chair to sit in and a comfortable place to lay my head at night! We will be back again next year but to another condo in the Shipyard.

Staff was very helpful. We felt the living room furniture was uncomfortable and the tv in our bedroom didn’t work...tv problems weren’t resolved until the day we left. It was nice having a washer and dryer and we biked or walked everywhere...loved the location.
