This downtown condo puts you right at the center of it all, with Canal Street, Bourbon Street, and the French Quarter all within walking distance of your front door.
 
Living space
Natural light pours through the windows, falling across curated art and sleek finishes that give the space a warm, considered feel. The living area is set up for both relaxation and productivity - settle into the sofa with a Smart TV and access to your favorite streaming accounts, or pull up to the dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi when you need to stay connected.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is built for deep, uninterrupted rest. A king-size bed dressed in plush linens sits beneath room-darkening shades, blocking out the city glow for as long as you need. Ample clothing storage and hangers keep your belongings organized throughout your stay.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in properly. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a baking sheet, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started. Pull up a seat at the dining table for a full meal, or keep it simple with a cup of coffee before heading out to explore.
 
Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked and ready - bathtub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products are all provided. Fresh towels and bed linens are included, and a washer and dryer are available in the unit for longer stays.
 
Rooftop gym & patio
One of the standout perks of this building is rooftop access. Head up for a workout in the gym with skyline views, or step out onto the patio with outdoor furniture - whether that's a sunrise stretch or a sunset cocktail above the city, it's a moment worth having.
 
Family-friendly features
Traveling with a little one? A pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair are available, along with babysitter recommendations if you're planning a night out.
 
Building & safety
Self check-in is handled via smart lock, so arrival is seamless at any hour. The building has elevator access, air conditioning, and heating throughout. Safety essentials include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A private entrance and paid parking off premises are also available.

Step out the door and New Orleans begins immediately. Canal Street dining, Bourbon Street nightlife, and the full sensory experience of the French Quarter are all a short walk away - live music, historic architecture, world-class food, and the kind of energy that's impossible to replicate anywhere else.
