Hermoso Condominio - 300 yardas de la playa!

Nuestra casa en Samara es una escapada poco dulce. Disfrutar de esta hermosa, de tres dormitorios, dos condominios baño completo (con bidé !!!). El condominio se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de todo. La playa está a sólo 300 metros del condominio. A la vuelta de la esquina, hay 2 tiendas de comestibles y restaurantes. Se puede caminar a la ciudad ... no hay necesidad de un coche de alquiler! Todo es mejor en bicicletas, a la derecha!

El condominio está equipado con todo lo necesario para que sus vacaciones sean lo más relajante posible. Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen y un dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Este condominio es perfecto para unas familias. Hay incluso una piscina para niños para los nuevos nadadores!

Samara en sí es un pueblo tranquilo, pero repleto de bonitos restaurantes y actividades. Las olas son perfectas para principiantes hasta surfistas avanzados, y varias empresas que ofrecen alquiler y lecciones. Inscribirse en el tour de canopy, para ver el paisaje desde las copas de los árboles. Se puede montar a caballo en la playa, o simplemente relajarse en el bar local. Si usted decide que le gustaría explorar más de Costa Rica durante su estancia, Samara cuenta con dos instalaciones de alquiler de coches. Si usted viene para una semana o unos meses, de Playa Samara es un destino maravilloso para sumergirse en la cultura tico, relajarse y disfrutar. Se le conoce como la más bella y más segura playa en Costa Rica. La playa nunca está lleno de gente o confusa con los vendedores y turistas.

Esta casa vino a nosotros como una bendición, y estamos encantados de compartirlo con otros. Esperamos que decide pasar sus vacaciones con nosotros!

Beautiful beach vacation

A perfect spot to stay to enjoy all Samara has to offer! Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach, local restaurants, horseback riding tour and surfing all within walking distance of the condo.

Lovely Community

Central pool and rancho is the focal spot of the facility. Other guests/owners all very friendly. Moderate walk to beach. Unit is a little dated but all is adequate. A/C and WIFI worked well. Only small issue was the fridge is not balanced which caused a big wobble and difficulty opening

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Samara. The three bedrooms worked out wonderfully for us as it allowed for our teenagers to have a separate room each. It is a great location being a short walk to town and the beach. The neighbors and guard in the apartment complex were also very friendly and even invited us to a potluck Christmas dinner. Stacey was very helpful and responsive with our questions leading up to our stay.

Week long family getaway

We loved our stay here in Sámara. The condo is in the perfect location to beaches and local sodas. Town isn't too far but far enough that it's very quiet and peaceful here. The other owners and residents that live and own here are wonderful. The pool is very clean and the perfect temperature. This property is monitored by 24/7 security who are very friendly. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. The ac works great and it's well stocked with everything you need.

Great little condo for smaller groups

Pros: Super cute condo. Decent sized bedrooms, friendly neighbors, the property manager is friendly and super responsive (thanks Isamar!), the pool is awesome, good security, kitchen pretty well stocked. Cons: the common areas are small for 6 people, the walk to downtown Samara takes more like 15 minutes on a busy road (it’s about .6 miles), the coffee maker is undersized for 6 guests, and there are no lounge chairs/comfy seating outside. Minimal cleaning supplies available.

Good value but in need of maintenance

They built the condo complex around a very nice pool area where many of the guests gather to socialize. It is an easy walk into town and to the beach with a general store almost next door for basic food and other necessities. The condo itself is clean and the bedrooms are comfortable, however the kitchen/common area is relatively small if you have 6 guests staying here. Our biggest concern is maintenance, as the towel racks fall off the wall if you put a towel on them and the water fixtures need to be replaced. With a little work, this would be a great place to visit again.

Wonderful stay, as described

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Samara! It was very much as described in the listing and the reviews of others. The owner and the local hostess were wonderful and helpful! The rooms were all very clean and the kitchen provided all of the essentials for us. If you go out of the condo complex to your right, there is a little grocery store and little café. The walk into the downtown from the condo is a little far for a quick meal or with many people. So we were glad to have our rental car. It is nice though that it was a little outside of town as Samara is a nightlife town and we enjoyed the quiet and rest. There's a beautiful view from the pool area of the beach and we loved the afternoon pool times. Overall, it was a quick but wonderful stay in Samara at this condo! I recommend it!

Great way to start our trip

Finding the property was not a problem at all. We were a bit surprised that it was a condominium complex -- I suppose we shouldn't have been -- but were thinking it was more of a detached style outfit. It's a small facility with a dozen or so units, top floor/bottom. It was clean. definitely more than adequate for my husband and I but we had run out of options for the xmas holiday. If you're not a walker, it was a bit far into the main strip in town where the restaurants were. I'd say about a mile. The biggest disappointment was not a single lounge chair around the pool, so essentially it was useless. We ended up in town by a restaurant and "rented" a lounge chair on the beach to lie around all day one day. One day we rented bikes and rode to Playa Carillo, even more sedate than Samara. The laundry facilities were a bonus so we could get everything clean before we carried on to the next spot. I would recommend this more for a family that's rented a car.

Big 60th Birthday Celebration

The condo sleeps 6, has three bedrooms and two baths. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but not the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances. Stacey is amazing, kind, and very responsive to all needs. All bedding needs to be updated and you need to purchase extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. There is a lovely patio, pool, and the friendliest residents you will ever meet! There is a laundry facility on site.We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying here again!

Slice of Samara heaven

We had the nicest stay at Las Palermas. The home was immaculate and welcoming. It was perfect for our family of 5. A close walk to the beautiful beach or busy town center. We met the most helpful and friendly people while lounging in the pool. We would love to stay again and highly recommend!

Very close to the beach. Other tenants were very friendly. Some were long term renters. Had a few issues with the showers but they were quickly fixed. Very responsive.

Great little condo!

We loved the location (5 min walk to a beautiful beach) the pool, and the community. Stacey was great with communication. Samara is a wonderful town to visit and this was a great home to stay. Be aware there is no general living room, due to the layout of the condo, but we all shared the outdoor patio space. The security and gardeners are very sweet, one even brought us a watermelon! A couple extra pillows on the twin beds would be nice; the A/C was great and working quite well. Overall, I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the place a lot and the rooms are spacious

Many good parts like the pool and the space of the sleeping rooms but what we disliked was that our daughter was locked in one of the rooms and the key didn’t work to open the door. Als the kitchen cabinets need replacement and the WiFi is terrible. more towels would be handy.

Our stay in Samara, Costa Rica at this property was lovely. The three bedrooms were nice size with 2 bathrooms for our privacy. We were able to have a grilled meal on the property-charcoal even included. Howler monkeys in the trees north of us-who could ask for anything else. Thank you.

Functional but not fancy

Very nice condo. Spacious bedrooms with a small kitchen/dining area. Dishes enough for the basics but not for anything complicated. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The view across the fields to the ocean is lovely as is the short walk to the beach at Congrejal. The wifi is the common wifi for the condo complex and is only available when you are near the kitchen window, otherwise you have to be on the porch or at the pool.

The stay was very very nice. Condo was very clean, had everything u needed. Well maintained pool area with 24 hour security, not that u needed it. Perfect location. Far enough from town but just a ten minute walk to center of town. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes away. Lots of stores and bakeries within minutes. Owner was very quick on answering any questions we had. Would I stay here again, definitely! Also, didn’t have to worry about lugging water as the tap water was excellent for drinking.

300 yards from the beach

My sister and I loved this property. The beach was 300 yards away and on the way there is a field of beautiful horses and their new born foals. We had breakfast with Alice at a near by soda and everything we needed was in walking distance. All of the tenants at the condo are extremely helpful and kind. The 24 hour security in the gated community made us feel very safe. After a long day at the beach we were able to shower, each having our own bathroom, with fantastic shower pressure. The air conditioning made for great sleeping. Everyday I walked into town to have coffee and sit on the beach. We also traveled to 4 other beaches and went into the highlands and got home by dark. The beds were comfortable and the property well maintained. I hope to visit this wonderful property again. We also rented a golf cart for part of our stay, took a dolphin fishing excursion and thoroughly enjoyed the week long holiday festivities at the fiesta's the city of Samara had in the horse field across from the condo.. The permanent tenants had a Christmas Day feast for all of us and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool after long excursions during the day. We will definitely be back.

Great Location, just far away from the hustle and bustle of the Town

Great stay, it was only 2 days, but the bedrooms are good size with 2 good size bathrooms. Just outside of Town, but close enough to get there quickly either walking or by car. Tk you,

Wonderful place to stay in Sámara. Enjoyed the company of others staying in the complex as well

We took advantage of all it had to offer from getting fresh red snapper at the local fish market and grilling it, to leaving the rental car behind and walking into Sámara for a meal along the palm tree path, eating at a great soda on our walk to the beach one morning, using the pool, met and shared life with some of the other guests, and buying groceries around the corner at Iguana. Highly recommend Luv Burger for a meal and Cocos for Mexican food. Check in was easy, place was clean, and location awesome. Drove to Corilla beach but enjoyed Sámara the most. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Many who stay at the complex are repeat vacationers. And I can see why.

Location was good, convenient to the beach and town.

The condo could a little maintenance--master shower and a couple of the a/c units. Wifi sketchy, though info booklet is out of date, some of the residents helped. Only sitting area is on hot patio with no breeze or view. Not comforable. Residents were very friendly.
