Located in the Puerto Vallarta’s upscale version of a Bel Air community known as Las Gaviotas, Casa Solaina will impress from the start to finish. With a perfect blend of Mexican style architecture with 4 cupulas, high ceilings, and a solid wood spiral staircase impeccably refinished, that authentic charm is coupled with all the modern finishing one comes to expect from a newly renovated/updated Villa – all located in the heart of the city close to every imaginable local amenity. From the Costco a few blocks away, fine restaurants next door in popular Versalles neighbourhood, to the beautiful Malecon and the various beaches, all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer is just a few short minutes (or an affordable 60 pesos uber) away from this perfectly situated villa. You can walk to Las Glorias beach in 15 minutes or enjoy a longer trek to the Malecon in Centro if you like walking the local streets. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, with 5 bathrooms inside and one bathroom outside. With the new renovations done on the home there are 8 beds (1 King, 5 Queens, 1 Single on top of a Queen in bunkbed style, and 1 large Twin sofa bed on the top living room area. We also provide two queen sized air mattresses for use by larger groups. You could comfortably sleep 15 on the current beds, plus there are 2 air mattresses available.
