Main Level:
This beautiful home sits atop a high ridge in the private Highland Falls Country Club, offering breathtaking views of Whiteside Mountain, a waterfall, and a side yard stream. The main level features a gorgeous kitchen with Wolf appliances, granite countertops, and skylights that open to a breakfast area. Entertaining is a dream with a large natural wood dining table that comfortably seats 12. You can also dine al fresco on the expansive stone patio, perfect for grilling or simply relaxing with your favorite beverage. The living area is designed to capture the stunning views and features one of the home’s three gas fireplaces. Conveniently located on the main level is the primary suite where you can enjoy gorgeous views, a gas fireplace, a spacious ensuite with walk in shower and a freestanding tub. A screened in porch off the ensuite is the perfect place for morning coffee or a glass of win in the evening.

Upper Level:
Ascend the beautiful curved staircase to a small seating area flanked by two spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. Each bedroom features gorgeous mountain views and provide privacy and comfort.

Lower Level:
The lower level includes a bedroom with sweeping views and it's own deck providing ample space for guests to unwind.

Outdoor Spaces:
Moving from the kitchen into the cozy den, you'll find access to both a charming patio and a serene screened-in porch. The patio is home to the gas grill, perfect for laid-back cookouts, while the screened porch welcomes you with sweeping mountain views and a gentle breeze. This inviting space wraps back around into the living room, creating a natural flow for indoor-outdoor living. The primary bedroom opens to its own private screened porch—a quiet sanctuary to soak in the mountain vistas and unwind in complete peace. On the lower level, the guest bedroom enjoys its own partially covered porch, offering the same stunning views and a tranquil place to relax.

Rent In Highlands Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
