Copper House - sunshine getaway with pool & hot tub
We are happy to offer to guest traveling to Phoenix our newest listing. We have been Hosts for over4 years and we enjoy doing the best we can so you can have a wonderful visit. We love the area and we live in the same neighborhood.
Our Copper House is a private home which we remodeled in 2022. Crystal clear pool and quiet backyard with views.
Centrally located in Phoenix Metro, 15 minutes from the airport, ASU Tempe and Chandler. Old Downtown Scottsdale and Downton Phoenix is 20-25 minutes drive. Walking distance to miles of hiking and biking in South Mountain Park. Convenient access to shopping, golfing and restaurants.
NOTE: The POOL is not heated so visitors coming in colder months would use the HOT TUB instead; the hot tub is turned on only in cooler season November - April
It is a 1800 sqft desert South West house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Outside we have a great sitting area close to the pool.
Right next to it there is the grill area with sink and fridge.
We have a 35’ long pool 4’ to 6’ deep. The POOL is NOT HEATED (there is no heater installed). Guests visiting in cooler months will likely not use it due to temperature being too low.
The HOT TUB is available in the cooler season Nov - Apr. You must follow the easy maintenance procedure if you plan to use it. Please inquire prior to booking if you have any questions.
All desert landscaping with mountain views. Very quiet backyard.
Fully stocked kitchen with island and a second dining area. Plenty of counter space.
Big open living / dining area, with 70” flat screen TV and a cozy area to sit and relax. Beautiful views to the pool and backyard.
Master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet. Master bathroom with double sinks and bathtub.
Two additional bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom has a 60” TV.
Washer, dryer inside. Parking in garage and driveway offer plenty of space.
Guest bathroom has an oversized shower.

We lived in Pacific North West for a long time and we moved here several years ago and are loving it. Southwest is absolutely charming. There are so many things to do and places to explore. Culture is diverse and traveling in the various regions of AZ will each provide a different experience. Old Southwest, High Mountain area, Grand Canyon, Sky Islands and vast desert to name a few. Phoenix has a good geographical position with relatively easy access to Southern California (LA downtown is about 6 hrs away, we tested it, we even did a daytrip to San Diego once on a whim), to Las Vegas and the superb parks of Southern Utah. Not a day passes without us being happy to be here.
We moved to Phoenix and fell in love with this neighborhood…so much that we convinced our parents to buy property and move here.
We started doing short term rental with one of our properties as a fun side activity in 2019. Then we realized we actually enjoy hosting so this year we added the second property on short term rental.
We live in the neighborhood so if at anytime you need anything, please ask and we will help.

You wont waste your vacation time traveling to/from airport. It is 15minutes away without the noise. Located relatively central in the Valley so if you need to travel to various locations in the metro it is quite convenient.
We love privacy and all our properties and our home are extremely private and quiet.
There is a park nearby as well as South Mountain Park that is within walking distance and you can do miles and miles of hiking.
Shopping, groceries, golfing etc are close by.
