Awesome place

The inn was great, it was very comfortable and clean! very close walk to the beach and the stores nearby are all nice. ai would come back here again and recommend it for a fun and relaxing trip!

Great little place

It was a cozy enough spot, quite close to the beach. The kitchenette leaves a lot to be desired but I could have read the description better. Communication was great. Cleanliness was excellent.

Rockaway stay

Nice little rental. Clean and warm. Across the street from beach access. Fridge light kept blinking but not really an issue.

Nice place for a short stay

Clean property, easy check-in, 2 minute walk to beach, bed rooms small but plenty of space for family of 4 with small kids. Bathroom tiny, kitchen sink has to double as bathroom sink which is a little weird. Short walk into town which is not big, but we were there for the beach so the location was perfect. Overall I’d recommend this place for shorter stays!

There was a dirty clothing item in the unit upon our arrival. WiFi was not working on day 2. The unit needs a shelf or some hooks in the bedrooms. Where can I hang my stuff? No hangers available. The bathroom is narrow & does not have a sink. Very strange. There was shampoo, conditioner & body wash available but it didn’t fit in the shower nook. Maybe a shower caddy would be a nice improvement.

Good location, easy access to the beach. Very small bathroom. Kitchen is only a coffee maker, microwave and fridge - so don’t go expecting to be able to prepare your own meals. Unfortunately the unit was not cleaned very well prior to our check in, including used rags in the shower. I did message this to the host as soon as I arrived, where they offered to send someone to clean - but since our trip was only for 1 night I declined that as we were ready to relax for the evening. Definitely some maintenance needed in this unit, toilet paper holder broken and half attached to the wall. Host did ‘make it right’ and refund the cleaning fee after our stay.

Great location

This was perfect for a weekend getaway - walking distance to shops/restaurants and 5 min walk to beach. Very clean; all new appliances and furniture. No sink in the bathroom, so you have to use the kitchen sink (not a problem, just a little quirk). Definitely a good option for a quick trip to the coast!

The room was nice but pretty noisy. You could hear your neighbors pretty well and lots of street noise. Extremely small bathroom. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Quick girls' trip

My daughter and I enjoyed our trip to the beach in this cute apartment. We enjoyed the cleanliness, location and the great aesthetic of the decor. We did not know about the lack of sink in the bathroom, or the kitchenette, but we made it work. We wished there were a few more kitchen utensils, like knives and a veggie peeler. We will definitely return!

Looks fresh & modern, but tiny bathroom with no sink, shelves, or even a hook for a bath towel. So must use kitchen sink for bathroom chores as well as washing dishes. Kitchen just a frig & microwave. Minimal storage in small bedrooms. Must cross highway to get to beach.

Nice place, just a would've liked a few things to be different. There wasn't a sink in the bathroom, the bathroom itself was very small. There was no stove in the kitchen which would be nice if you were to have a longer stay. Other than that it was clean and had nice furniture, great location.

Stay in Rockaway Beach

Overall its a good property its centrally located, you can go north to Seaside, Manzanita and Astoria or south to Lincoln City, Depoe Bay and Newport. My only gripes were how small the bathroom was i almost had to straddle the toilet to use the toilet and to take a showet felt like i was in an RV and there was no sink in the bayhroom. There is a full size fridge but no stove or oven but you can microwave your food. Small side note most the furniture was cheaper than ikea and used shims to keep them level. Walls are more than paper this so if the neighbors stay up late so do you

Quick stay

The place was cute, clean and comfortable. Communictaion with management was very easy and ammicable. As others mentioned the bathroom doesn’t have a sink in it, and all sink needs have to done at the “kitchen” area. It’s my fault for not looking at the pictures and amenities list more closely, but the kitchen has no stove or oven cooking appliances. Not even a toaster, just a microwave. With a full size fridge, sink, table, and so many cabinets I just assumed there had to be a stove top. We had brought groceries and planned to cook dinner and breakfast for ourselves and kids. Fortunately it was only a 1 night stay so ordering out wasn’t too expensive or inconvenient. Just wanted to let others know this before making the same mistake I did. Overall it’s a nice spot and decent value for the area. Steps to the beach, all of the restaurants, and markets.
