Captains Quarters D12 has a great view of the pool complex and features 3 bedrooms, 3 and bathrooms. This is a first floor unit and has a covered balcony with private stairs for quick and easy access to pool & beach, as well as access to the elevators from the ground floor lobby to all five floors of Captains Quarters. This unit is nicely furnished and well kept. It has wood grain LV Plank flooring throughout and tile floor in the bathrooms. The living area offers comfortable seating and view of Palms and the pool through a wall of windows and sliding glass door opening to the balcony. The large balcony allows for plenty of space to gather for a meal or afternoon snack while enjoying the ocean breeze. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony, a TV and a king bed. The master bath has a walk-in shower, garden tub and vanity with double sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This condo has an assigned covered parking space under the building.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
