La Brisa is a stunning blend of contemporary design and island charm, offering the perfect escape for up to 12 guests. With six spacious bedrooms, lush gardens, and a tranquil setting, this villa captures the essence of Dominican villa living at its finest.



The expansive terrace and views over the golf course create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Inside, the great room is elegantly designed in soothing grey, blue, and white tones, providing ample space for relaxation. The kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, perfect for those who love to cook or prefer to indulge while a private chef crafts unforgettable meals.



Outdoors, the large pool invites morning laps or leisurely afternoons, while the elevated whirlpool offers the perfect spot to sip a cold drink with friends as the BBQ grill brings fresh flavors to life. Facing east, the villa enjoys gentle breezes that keep it cool and inviting, even on the warmest days. RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities.

The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
