Bishop’s Lodge Villa features wooden beam ceilings, kiva fireplaces, warm and inviting decor, and expansive views of the Jemez Mountains. Casa Nuevo Dia will immerse you in Santa Fe’s secluded countryside yet is only minutes from the Plaza.
Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the community pool on a paid basis.
LIVING AREA
The living room showcases a large, inviting fireplace and floor to ceiling windows, which provide an unobstructed view of New Mexico’s famous mountain and desert terrain.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for a home cook, featuring plenty of counter space, modern appliances, and bar seating for two. The dining space seats six and overlooks the living room which allows enjoyable views while dining.
BED AND BATH
Both bedrooms serve as luxurious sanctuaries equipped with elegant ensuite bathrooms, corner kiva fireplaces, and doors leading to private, outdoor patios. The primary bath offers a whirlpool jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The main patio with a six-seat dining table is ideal for entertaining or simply unwinding. Whether enjoying sunsets to the west or star filled nights, the views are spectacular. Summer amenities include the community pool just a short walk away.
LOCATION
4 miles to Downtown Santa Fe
6.2 miles to the Santa Fe Opera
16.8 miles to Ski Santa Fe
The home is also adjacent to the Santa Fe National Forest with multiple hiking trails easily accessible.
PLEASE NOTE:
- 4-wheel drive, snow tires, or tire chains are necessary when renting this house during snowy weather.
- The EV charger is located near the community pool, not at the property’s parking space.
- The pool is only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is not heated.
- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th.
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
