Pebble Beach Retreat with outdoor gas firepit and hot tub
Welcome to our Spanish Bay Retreat. This 2650 sq. ft. house sleeps up to 12 people and has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. This residence features an open living space with beautiful Brazilian cherrywood floors and a backyard made for entertaining and relaxation.
The home includes a newly re-landscaped backyard. Guests can gather around the 8 person outdoor bar and chat while the cook mans the BBQ. Watch the sun set from the Happy Hour patio. Spend time relaxing in the 8 person hot tub or finish the evening, chatting around the 12 person gas firepit.
It is just a few minutes by car to the best golf courses and ocean views that Pebble Beach has to offer. The Lodge and the Spanish Bay Resort also offer shopping and fine dining. Don't forget to explore the Del Monte Forrest with its many trails which is just a few blocks up the road. At sunset, take a leisurely walk thru the neighborhood to the Patio at Spanish Bay to see the nightly bagpiper perform. This home is also close to quaint Pacific Grove and charming Carmel.
The kitchen is well stocked with a gas range, oven, microwave, waffle maker, Nutri-bullet, Insta-pot, and crockpot. The kitchen opens up to a big table that easily seats 8-10. Additional 4 seats are available at the counter.
The living room has 2 couches and a recliner for comfortable seating around the 72" HDTV. The gas fireplace offers ambiance with the flip of the switch.
The Master Retreat has a Cal King bed, fireplace, attached bathroom and French doors that open up to the patio to allow for a little quiet time before starting the day.
The second Master room has a Cal King bed.
Two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. Perfect for kids young and old.
The fifth bedroom has both a queen and a twin bed.
The office is the place to get remote work done. The couch pulls out for any extra quest.
The insulated garage can double as a mancave or children's playroom complete with a mini fridge, couch and TV. The laundry room is located off the garage and has a new large compacity washer and dryer.
The house has beach chairs, games, puzzles, beach towels, and umbrellas. Up to 4 cars can park on the driveway and there is one additional spot on the street.

Welcome to our home away from home! We are recent empty nesters who have enjoyed fixing up this house. We planned the backyard to be an inviting space to hang out with family and friends. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We encourage you to spend time doing some of our favorite things in Pebble- golfing (of course) or walking along the beach. But don't ignore the Del Monte Forrest just up the street. Probably our favorite way to end the day is walking to the Spanish Bay patio at sunset to see the bagpiper and enjoy a spicy Margarita (her) and cold beer (him). After dinner, enjoy the hot tub or sit around the firepit.
If you enjoy cooking and seafood, go to the Monterey Fish Market at the end of the working pier and pick up fresh fish or Oysters. Last time we went, fresh oysters were only $1.50/each!

We named our house "Spanish Bay Retreat" because it has enough to keep you happy at home. However, if you want to venture out, you will be close to everything- golf, the beach, the forest, scenic Highway 1, Monterey Bay Aquarium, quaint Pacific Grove and charming Carmel
