Rental was just as described. The host reached out before hand and gave lots of useful advice as what to do during our stay. Would stay here again when in the area.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Cute property with everything you need. Great communication with property owners/ managers and greatly appreciated the earlier than typical check in time and flexible checkout time. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay and overall a fun time

Owner was very helpful and accommodating. House was clean and very easy to get to. Large yard with firepit and its own boat ramp. I will stay at this home again in the future!

Amazing Family Retreat

We loved our first stay in Sargent and will definitely be back soon! Home was clean, well maintained and in an amazing location. Our teen boys enjoyed fishing, crabbing and kayaking on the canal and we ended our evening with an amazing fire in the fire pit. Thank you for having us and we cannot wait to visit again!

Cute Little House

We had a wonderful time!!! It was so nice to have the Canal right there behind the house. The beds were comfortable and just all around such a cute house. Mosquitos are very bad there make sure you bring mosquitos spray.

Good stay!

Love being able to stay by the water and do some night fishing. Communication with owners was good they checked in with us quite a bit which was great even recommended a restaurant nearby. The pictures were a little different than what the property looked like the property looked a bit older than what the pictures made it seem . The property could have been cleaned a little better but it wasn’t too bad.. shower for sure was tiny which we weren’t able to tell from the picture but overvall the trip was great! Thank you guys so much.

It's okay

This property is not what we thought. It is much older and smells like it. I thought for the money it would be somewhat nicer. It is a canal home. That was the only postive. All the outside table and chairs are rusted. The down stairs smells like moth balls to the point of being intrusive. The bed was comfortable and the back deck off the bedrooms is pretty cool. The air does blow cold. We would look for something else in the future for sure!!

The back deck and effective air conditioning are highlights we're pleased you appreciated. -Rust on outdoor furniture is a challenge in location since it is on the Gulf, we've added a dedicated AC/heating unit to address humidity and downstairs smell and will run it more frequently.
