Immerse yourself in the serene setting of our expansive furnished deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and taking in breathtaking views of the gulf coast. Our deck is fully equipped with Corn Hole game, zero gravity chairs, HD Deck chairs, and more, to provide the ultimate outdoor entertainment experience.

Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted with our bungalow's location, situated a stone's throw away from Mitchell's Cut and the public boat launch on the Island. Cast your line in the surf, just yards from the deck, or walk to the ICW and reel in bull reds, black drum, and flounder, amongst other species!

Our newly remodeled bungalow boasts an inviting atmosphere with vibrant, coastal decor, new wainscoting, 10 new dimmable deck lights, highlighted by granite countertops throughout, porcelain-tile walk-in shower, and new 1/2 bath in the living room. The vinyl wood-look floors create a warm and cozy ambiance, while Smart TVs, high-speed internet, and tech-plugs ensure you stay connected and entertained.

Our bonus room, complete with twin bunk beds, convertible couch, smart TV, kids beanbag, and 2 kids papasan chairs, provides the perfect retreat for the little ones after a day of beachside fun.

Very nice place

We enjoyed our time at this great place. I especially loved the view from the beautiful deck. The house was nicely stocked and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is bringing beach towels with you if you plan on visiting the beach.

Fishing Trip

Every thing was perfect! The location was great, the house was wonderful, and the owners were extremely sweet. The neighbors were a sure joy and we have befriended one couple. The next time we come down I hope this property is available. Thank you Mrs Wimberly!

Great place to relax

Very clean and spacious. All beds were very comfortable. Awesome deck with the best view of the ocean. To play/sit on the beach you have to drive about a mile. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves.

Beautiful Home

The home was perfect! Beds were all memory foam mattress. They had all the basic needs covered. From games to relaxation. Was the perfect place to hang out with family. Just a short drive to a beachy area. Just make sure you bring plenty of ice and other amenities that you will need. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Location. Location. Location. and more!

Our first time in Sargent, and we lucked out finding this vacation rental. Located near the corkscrew bridge this rental’s location offers water front walking as well as stellar pelican, seagull and other bird watching. We highly recommend this rental for relaxing and rejuvenating. The view of the Gulf was extraordinary from the deck and several seating areas inside. The accommodations are clean and well appointed.

Great vacation rental! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was located right across the street from the beach, around the corner from the boat ramp and just right down the road from bait shops, local restaurants and the dollar stores. The host was excellent, accommodating and responded to any questions very quickly. The house was the adorable and exactly as described. We will definitely be staying again!

Family Beach Trip

The property was exactly as advertised and very conveniently located across from the beach and right off the main road. Very comfortable and well stocked. Really loved the beds and the outside shower was great to clean up after being on the beach. The host really thinks of everything!

Amazing Girls Trip

To start off, I have been to Sargent for a day trip to the beach over the past few years, but have never stayed the night...I am so glad this was the property we chose to stay at!! We took a girls trip for a couple night to reset and this was the perfect location. Getting to the property is simple, it had everything we needed (and then some), the view was amazing, and it is literally right across from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break Away

The atmosphere and house were precisely as the pictures depict. We were thankful to be right on the beach and within walking distance of ICW. This home offered the best opportunity for people who enjoy fishing in all areas of water. We are so thankful that this home survived HB and is putting the pieces back together. Will forever appreciate the fishing village and all the welcoming people in the area. It's a great place, and quick-to-respond hosts are always appreciated. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Comfy beds, great views. Work trip. Secluded location, which I loved. Only a Dollar General was close, so make sure you have all your shopping done before you get there. The range was difficult to use because all the markings were rubbed off the knobs. The display lights for the oven were unreadable as well. So cooking was all guess work. Only small skillets were available, so I had to cook piek chops one at a time. Most dishes needed to be washed before we used them. We had to request the chekin code nearly an hour after we were supposed to receive it. But overall we made it work.
